Coming up are three videos - what I call Re-collections. They come, of course, from my own recipe collection and are chosen to be featured again from the 100 or more videos I have put up.
I know that many thousands of people have recently been viewing my work, so I am fairly sure these will be new for you. The style of the earlier ones is different and in many cases longer that what I choose to put up today. But it's all in the detail. My wish is to make the steps very clear, so your result will be what the pictures show.
