December 3, 2022 Chris Rea is BEAUTIFUL, inside and out. His bouts with potential life-ending illnesses through the years have made him strong and resolute. His talents and BEAUTY can never be taken from him. I believe this concert occurred shortly before his health-battles began. I sincerely wish that he is aware how much he is respected and loved.

Just love that little 'tribute to the Shadows' right at the end. A take on Hank Marvin's brilliant riff from 'Summer Holiday'. Cliff Richard and the Shadows also had a song 'On the Beach' of course, with a totally brilliant guitar intro! So cool! Love it!

I remember seeing him on this show. God taratata was fantastic! Miss it and nagui the host. Brilliant concept. Love how he changes to reggae feel at end and throws in some cliff richard for good measure.

How gorgeous was this man!! Green/blue eyes, jet black, gorgeous long hair, mustache and beard, that delicious raspy voice, the ONLY one of its kind, that bad-ass guitar playing, and on top of all that he wrote those lyrics! For heavens sake, an embarrassment of riches this man had (still has)! I have never seen a more sexy, beautiful man than Chris was back then with his gorgeous, gorgeous hair! It's a shame time and his illness robbed him of such beauty, but I still think of him as beautiful because of his soul, gigantic triple-threat talent and genius! He will always be beautiful! And he still has that VOICE! Mad respect for this genius and beautiful man! Long, long live Chris!
