I purchased 2 med supers and the amish men i bought them from wouldnt give me a 10th frame. They instead told me not to waste the bees time with a 10th frame. That the bees will work harder on 9 than they will on 10. They said that if you put the hive to work and space out 9, they can be more productive and we will end up with more in the end. Im not 1 to look 2 16 year old MEN with hands leathered and weathered like an old wear work glove, that im not listening to their advice. Those men, and i keep calling them that because they were the farthest thing from boys that an american can be, were no nonsense and very experienced. I learned more in a 4 hr class with them than i have in 40 hours of watching youtube. Of course im still watching the tube and all y'all s great content anyway. Thanks a ton
