This is the start of you having a fitness acceleration. Lucy Charles Barclay (World Triathlon Champion 2023) has just been diagnosed with it. Maybe you can get a blog set up together? Lucy wants to promoted CD. Novak Djokovic follows a gluten free diet as is at the cutting edge, surely he can't be wrong!

I thought there was something strangely familiar about that underground car park - then when you rode past the outside I recognised that I stopped in the same place about 10 years ago. I remember being able to hand your kit in on an evening and by breakfast in the morning it was washed and dried. They also had a drying room (for ski equipment) but was really handy for drying wet cycling shoes :D. From the hotel we did Motirolo and the guide for the day was Cancellara's Olympic coach! Good times
I too am recently struggling with gluten and am trying to figure out what to do on my next cycling trip. That would be a good content for a small group.

As a celiac, I know it’s very hard to find gluten free food on a ride. I’m used to avoiding gluten, but it’s still inconvenient. Totally doable, though.
You two are never at home! Those hot chocolates are amazing, we sold something similar in cafe nero, when I worked there - Milano style hot chocolate. So good! (Nothing on the real stuff though)

Should be Amy and Kyle Adventure Cycling? Kyle needs to get an agent quickly... Great videos though. As someone who does audaxes I can appreciate you are very capable cyclists!
First of all, I would like to say that I really like your site, you have great content. But what I keep noticing is that you're wearing your helmet wrong. Take a look at this video. Your helmet is hanging backwards, not over your forehead. The other riders have their helmets nicely over their foreheads. They say it should stop a finger's width above the eyebrow. Don't take it badly, it's just a well-intentioned tip.
Amy's helmet position looks fine to me. You'll see that this particular helmet has a kink up at the front to allow space for larger glasses (useful for seeing clearly ahead with your head down, in the drops!). Amy generally takes her glasses off when the camera is on but in this video, at around 3:20 she is wearing glasses and the fit between the glasses and the front lip of the helmet looks good.
