Been waiting on this one for a while! The Morandi is definitely one of my favorite switches, I have it in pretty much all of my louder boards due to the creamy nature and sound with my other linear being the Cream Black Pro V3 on more muted boards to bring out some clack. I'm not sure if you have tried the WS Heavy Tactiles yet but they are pretty amazing as well. Definitely a different feel from the Anubis, which I'm really enjoying as well from your suggestion, but I love typing on them as well. I couldn't agree more with your assessment on the Morandi and it was great to hear them with the other key cap profiles!
This was my first switch I bought to upgrade my first keyboard a while ago and I still love it. Consistently sounds very marbly on my keyboards. My only complaint is that the stem wobble on mine is pretty bad.. I was new to the hobby at the time so I thought it was just the keycaps or something but then I bought oil kings with my 2nd keyboard and realized how wobbly the Morandis were in comparison and it kind of blew my mind! These oil kings came **extremely** well lubed from thew factory, felt ridiculously buttery smooth, and were basically solid as a rock. I still love the morandis but oil kings continue to be my favorite bc of how creamy they sound on my setup and the fact that they feel so solid and smooth. I let my wife blind test and she said the oil kings "feel much more expensive" lol! I've heard other people with different experiences though so I'm going to get a fresh set of Morandis soon just for kicks!
I put these in my Keychron and they are amazing! I added o-rings for them to be softer on the way down. super nice. they make very little noise on the way up.
Bro, can you review the Leobog switches? On the budget prebuilt keyboard, they sound awesome, and feel creamy too. For example, like the Leobog reaper, or the Leobog Nimbus with POM housingand stem
Curious what you'd think about the HC Studio/BSUN Roselle. Was looking at getting the Morandis, but I picked up the Roselles because of the lighter weight. Very smooth, very thocky, even with the light spring.
I got these recently to test out. I found the had a strange wooble, not a stem wooble but the caps were not fitting snuggly on the stem making them shift a lot side to side. I did enjoy the sound, weight and feeling but this cap wobble was too much. I might be better on caps with better tolerance than the TaiHao caps I am currently using as I dont see much discussion about this.
I have both of them in my zoom75 and imo, the morandis have a noticably deeper and slightly quieter sound, I can't compare them simply because they have many differences
Really surprised to see the Noise level on these as everyone seems to mention them as being a little quieter along the lines of Oil King switches. Was considering getting these for my work keyboard and now I'm starting to wonder if there's something similar but more subdued in volume.
@@konikop11 I ended up going with the WS Morandi to try out and I'm pretty happy with them. Need to replace the stabilizers on the board now tho with shorter travel on the switch. The volume is on par with the switches that were in my board previously, Gateron Jupiter Red, just with a more pleasant sound profile so I'm good with them. Tried the WS Silent Linear switches as well and while I enjoyed them they felt a little... scratchy?
Thanks! I just heard about these and with your endorsement, I may look for a good place to pick up a pack. (Does Wuque do sales on their site?) The switches I have that feel good to type on lean toward the clackier sound profile, which is fine, but it’d be nice to have a good-typing switch in a thockier profile to switch things up.
The switch is smooth and has a nice sound, however the stem wobble is terrible, also my switch has a small spring ping, I don't know if you have the same experience.
Got these in my qk75v2 and absolutely love the sound profile - creamy and a soft thock that’s not too loud. I prefer this over the oil kings in terms of sound but I’m still getting used to the wobble though. Anyone has alternative recommendations for something very close to this but with less stem wobble?
Yeah, I agree. I used them in my last build and I had to re-lube them to remove the pingy noise. The wobble is also pretty noticeable but doesn't affect my typing too badly.
I experience severe inconsistency and quality issue with this switch maker. I used them for awhile until i no longer can ignore them. I tested them individually on the same key. 2 out of 35 have unusual strong spring ping vibration. Ping can easily be removed with lube but not the inherent vibration. Dual stage spring is nice if its well made, otherwise can be totally off and worse than normal spring. Of the 35 in the box, 11 have good 'POM' quality sound to it, 13 are decent. 9 are ok so so, 2 are dead sounding. Surprised that switches themselves they dont sound consistent. The one thing consistent on all is stem wobble, its even worse than stock switches. The light diffuser is good, smoothness no issue. But too many quality issues for me to appreciate its other good points. To me personally is totally a hype and possibly shill on some reviewers
hey i love your vidoes and how informative and pleasant they are! is there any chance you could look at the JWK T1s? i want a budget thoccy tactile and im hoping this is what im looking for. Thank you!
Humm are it the same as the Durock T1 (which is made by Jwick I think)? If yes, I already did. If not, sure, I love all Jwick products! Thanks for you comments! :)
Time to buy this! Thanks for the detailed review!
My pleasure! :)

Thanks for sharing your experience! Oil king is a very well made switch, very smooth... It is surprising for their price!
Amazing review style.
Thank you! :)
saw the clip. went all in on the buy button.
Thanks mate! :)

ahah just received a batch of Leobog switches, coming later this spring! :)
@@ClickandThock soon, righttt?still waiting for it :000
I have them in my Zoom75 on PC plate. They are super smooth, but they are a little muted for my taste.
I totally get the hype for them though.
Yeah, they are not the super loud thocky switches, but maybe kind of more suitable for offices! But I get your point, I love less muted switches too!

Humm haven't try them yet so I could not compare...
Отличное качество видео, хоть я и не понимаю этих переключателей с звучанием высокого тона
Thank you!!
To me, they are not loud at all. I can even use them in office. Got some from Taobao when I was vacationing in Hong Kong.
I also use them at the office, not silent, but not too loud! :)

How noticeable is the wobbly on these switches with the SA keycaps? I heard that the Morandis have a lot of wobble and I use MT3 keycaps.
It is not too bad from my stand point.
Hi, just saw the vid. Thank you so much for the review. Wanna ask, is it better & louder/quieter than Akko Cream Yellow V3?
It is, but Morandi Switches are much more expensive
@@hezzexrrhonestly can't blame the morandis, the akko cream yellows are unbelievably cheap

Yes Morandi have a deeper sound! Still pretty great price... Cream Yellow are great switches too! Thank you! :)

These would not be considered as loud switches, but certainly not quiet... Depend of your needs...

Have not noticed any worst than usual stem wobble... Nothing that disturbed me...
i bought few of them for my stab and other but they don't really go well with the XDA profile whatsoever. Great switch though.
Interesting, never tried them with that profile! Thanks for your comments! :)

Have you tried gat milky yellow pro v3? I've heard they're similar, I couldn't decide between which one to get so currently waiting on the Morandis
@@RyanCamaratta I have not. I'll check it out, thanks.
@@RyanCamarattahit me up in like 5 days. Using the gat g pro v3 rn and waiting for my morandis. I could give my review of them

Depends of your personal tastes! ;)
I wanted to like these but they have a lot of stem wobble and leaf ping.
Yeah, I agree. I used them in my last build and I had to re-lube them to remove the pingy noise. The wobble is also pretty noticeable but doesn't affect my typing too badly.
What would you reccomend ?
it wobble like a fking joystick. poorest stem stability among all current linear switches I would say.
Humm haven't noticed more wobble than usual switches that I've tested... Not supreme stem stability switches, but still pretty good to me IMO...
You can film them

why do all of your boards sound hollow 😭
humm it is not sound hollow to me...
Am I the only one that thinks these switches have too much wobble, and play?
Many talk about this... Havent have any issues with mines...
