On the BBL (Boondocking Bucket List). Your video is the best I've seen that illustrates the environment and proximity of fellow campers. Most videos are dominated by the majesty of the view. Thanks...
We can relate to misreading while waiting for the coffee to kick in. We love the bikes too. They have provided a great distraction during the pandemic.

hello from colorful dangerfield st. park,tx sharon and milena!! enjoying your journey to the badlands with a fresh hot columbian coffee!! tight lines and grace be with you!
Phil, we enjoyed cups of pumpkin spice coffee while reading your comment. We've been at Mineral Wells, and Sharon was hoping for a tight line. She caught one crappie. Hope you are more successful.
We hope to go there soon I love your beautiful way of expressing yourselfs and what y’all see from a retired persons View keep up the good work happy and safe travels
Great video and thanks for taking the time to put all that together for the rest of us. I am disappointed though that you misspelled the word "subscribe" at the end of the video especially since your two life long teachers.
I love your videos. We stopped there years ago just after Labor Day. Plagued with No-See-Ums. We decided not to camp there and continued on west, but we did go on a hike...with a jacket even though it was hot. We're you there in December?
It was rutted, but doable if you keep your speed low. I'm glad we spent our first night at Wall Drug; I wouldn't have wanted to drive the road the first time with dark skies and a threat of rain.
We were really hoping you'd wind up here on your trip. Question on the wind: did it come up the canyons to the flat, or across the prairie toward the canyon?
@@TwoTiredTeachers lol... that figures. I was just thinking which way to position the 5th. Might as well have the curb side face the canyon for the view.😁
@@TwoTiredTeachers a much delayed reply, but much has happened since you posted this. It's ironic that we're now mirroring your trip, having recently camped in Utah, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. We're boondocking in the Black Hills now, and heading to Wall/Badlands tomorrow. Do you happen to know if where you camped is AKA Nomad's View? Also, do you have the grid coords for where you camped? Thanks in advance for your safe advice. My wife and I love your videos.
@@chucknewman3445 I'm sorry, but we don't have the coordinates for where we camped. It's less than 3 miles from the entrance to Badlands National Park.
The dispersed camping doesn't have water, but the national park, just down the road does have a dump station and water. Once you pay the entrance fee, I think you'll be able to dump your tanks and fill fresh water.
@@TwoTiredTeachers we have seen so many posts where people said that never had trouble with mice until they camped there that’s why I wondered. Thank you
I loved the view from your bicycle!
Thank you.
Another fun video ladies!
Thanks so much.

You are most welcome. We always like to see where we will be camping, so we try to show that to others.
Holy moly, that place is beautiful.
It really is. Part of its beauty is that it is unlike anything we'd seen before.
@@TwoTiredTeachers I know I never have. I don’t think I’d want to camp right next to the edge either though. I don’t trust wheel chocks that much.
@@rabbi7933 We were probably 6 to 8' away from the edge. We wanted to be where we had a good view of all there was to see.
Lol..I thought it said The wall disappeared camping..I need my coffee..but I love the bike, its so quiet..

tommorow going to lake bob sandling
I remember when we used to catch multiple fish.
Bob Sandlin is a pretty park.
And it does look like the badlands some thing else beautiful!
It was a different type of beauty, but it was beautiful.
Beautiful views! I loved seeing all the sheep! Thanks for sharing.
The sheep were sometimes closer to the dispersed camping, and sometimes they seemed to enjoy stopping traffic.
Very interesting spot with some cool views! Thanks for sharing, you two lovely sisters! Ya'll are so fun!
Thank you so very much!
Great information!! And very helpful. Thanks so much!! Cheers, Christina and Rick
It was great dispersed camping. When we were there in September, it was windy, but it was a wonderful trip despite the winds.
We hope to go there soon I love your beautiful way of expressing yourselfs and what y’all see from a retired persons View keep up the good work happy and safe travels
We hope you're able to make the trip. We absolutely loved it.
RV living and E bikes, perfect match.
We love the bikes. It allows us to see parts of the parks we might otherwise miss.
Great to see you on the road ladies. Have a great Christmas and New Year. What a beautiful view you had in the Bad Lands. bill in Florida
We were fortunate in our sites throughout this trip; we didn't have a bad site.
Merry Christmas to you also.
When i went i camped off a cliff it was amazing didn't pay there were camping all along the edge so much fun
@@wextremeart4399 We loved camping there, too.
Merry Christmas ya'll ! Thank you for showing us God's artwork, nature !

Wow that just looks incredible and massive! How beautiful our country is ! Great video showcasing it !
Thanks, Cassie.
Must be crazy crowded in the on season
We've never been to the Badlands during the busy season, but I imagine it's very crowded.
Great video and thanks for taking the time to put all that together for the rest of us. I am disappointed though that you misspelled the word "subscribe" at the end of the video especially since your two life long teachers.
We're thrilled you enjoyed the video. Concerning the end, even teachers get in a hurry and make mistakes, especially when we're on vacation.
Did you have a problem with mice while you were there?
So sorry to be extremely slow responding to your question. We had no problems with mice.
I love your videos.
We stopped there years ago just after Labor Day. Plagued with No-See-Ums. We decided not to camp there and continued on west, but we did go on a hike...with a jacket even though it was hot.
We're you there in December?
We were there in mid September. The days were pleasant. By the end of the month when we were at Devil's Tower, it snowed.
Beautiful for sure - what kind of condition was the dirt road in ?
It was rutted, but doable if you keep your speed low. I'm glad we spent our first night at Wall Drug; I wouldn't have wanted to drive the road the first time with dark skies and a threat of rain.

It changed directions. One night it was across the prairie and the other night it was up the canyons.
