8 month ago I suported Gendome in Indigogo. They promised to deliver in april to Europe. Only loose promisses till so far nothing to The netherlands. Only reason they are working on a network.... Just send my 2250 peach of battery. My summer season is over, thats why I bought, so I had not to cook on gass in my summer house. next sunday over for nxt 7 month. So thank you for wanting my money and do nothing with it. Dispite all the youtube video's i feel scamed. They offert once moneyback on The Gendome. but i want where i paid for. are there more people with this problem?
I have nothing to do with Gendome so if you have complaints you will have to take it up with them. I have heard that they for some reason paused their launch in Europe to be able to deliver a better product. As far as I know, there is no product made for Europe yet and I guess that you don't want a US version. So right now I think that all that you can get is your money back. It will be hard for them to send you a product they don't have...
Well, that is up to you. I have not tested this yet, so I can't say more than the specs. But I do know a lot about batteries and if these batteries have the same quality as Volkswagen batteries then this has the possibility to be an awesome product!
This unit is no better than the Ecoflow Plus. You can buy the Ecoflow today but the price has not been announced yet so it is really a tomorrow product..Ok so the battery is better but again, a tomorrow product.

Yea it seems like they are growing faster then they can handle. Alot of people are complaning about their customer service being slow and also that their app is rather bad. I am still wating for the EU version... I do hope they will get their act together soon.
It depends. Right now they are only selling in the US and Canada. So there they are selling 120v. But they will be releasing in EU as well and then it will be 230/240v

Bra video. Jag kollar också på en lösning med solceller och vind. Just nu går tankarna till en "1600W MPPT Wind Solar Hybrid Booster Charge Controller 12/24V with Dump Load" egentligen mest för att få ihop sol och vind el till en gemensam strömkälla. Sedan vidare till en växelriktare. Satte upp en VEVOR 600 watt på villans antennfäste. Gick egentligen bra men något var knas med den så fick skicka tillbaka. Egentlig söker jag en växelriktare som jag kan koppla in allt på samma gång. Utan en massa grejjer emellan. Som Genome då. Kollat på hur många filmer som helst men det är solceller och åter solceller. Man får kämpa på!

Har en kyl från dem som fungerar kanon dock. Gendome kommer först lansera I USA men när de kommer till europa har jag blivit lovad ett exemplar för att testa. Lovar att testa vind då . Jackery har något som heter "Jackery AIR-W" som de ska lansera. Verkar jäkligt intressant, i alla fall för mig som ska ha det på resande fot.

Massor av koppar och verkligen byggd för att hålla. Har köpt en InstaBreeze. Så har en andra påväg hem för den första var lika dålig som deras support. Men de ger iallafall lite ström. Angivna 500W är enligt många andra jag sett testa egentligen 50W. Jag får samma resultat. InstaBreeze skickade med en controller som sätter ihop sol och vind el. Den fungerar så genom "Load" så hoppas jag kunna koppla den mot en Ecoflow eller liknande. Ska kunna bli via en sådan "Andersson" kontakt. Men som sagt jag rekomenderar att testa en sådan fläkt. Går att få av installatörer då luftvärmepumpar ju ständigt byts ut. De ger likström och massor av det. Gjort en del filmer om det. Jag har en Vicron mppt som helt enkelt slår av för det är för mycket ström som kommer.

Inte så lätt. Han menade också på att de skulle gå väldigt trögt och låta tuk tuk tuk. Jag förstod inte alls vad han menade. Men om man kortsluter kablarna så låter det typ så det bromsen vid stort fungerar så via controllern. Ja iallafall tack vara det samtalet kunde jag få en ny. Jag kunde easy få 500W. Så en ny film som visade sanningen gjorde att en ny är påväg. Han tyckte förövrigt att jag var dum i huvudet som jämförde med en fläkt... blev ju lite stött men en film på det så kändes det bättre. Ser fram emot kommande filmer och ny teknik som ser fördelen att använda både sol och vind i samma produkt.

@@ollelund I guess that is the business plan of all these companies. Big discount on the first run of units and let the buyers be the beta testers. Nothing ever works as planned on these early releases. How about they work out all the bugs and then sell them. And…how about they offer repairs on these things when they are out of warranty. It’s one thing to buy a small unit for a few hundred dollars but when the price starts to get into the thousands do you really want to own something that’s irreparable in a few years. I haven’t found one of these companies that offers anything after it’s out of warranty.

You'll probably have to ask them if you want a 100% correct answer but I can guess. Simply to not have to have so much equity tied up. They didnt Crowd found during development. So now it's rather pre-order and not crowd founding A lot of companies are doing the same thing these days. EcoFlow did the same thing with EcoFlow Delta Pro and it was their 6th (?) product they launched. So it is not strange in today's world to have a pre-order system like that.

However, I have had some contact with the production team and the components they use seem very promising. But it will be interesting to see if it will be as good as the specifications. If it does, it will be incredibly good.

IOS APP issues regarding wifi and bluetooth connectivity. Support is slow or fails to respond. Hope the company gets their act together soon.
