I said in an earlier comment, "A picture is worth a thousand words." I still haven't heard from their design engineer on the steps from 3 weeks ago. They have some great product ideas for aftermarket parts, but no idea how to implement them.
I'm pretty sure at some point I would gouge my head on the bolt/nut at the bottom of the cab end bracket. Maybe there was a misprint and the 1 1/8" measurement for the door bracket was supposed to be to the top of the bracket rather than the center of the hole, because that seems to be how you ended up with it.
It could be but not what it says. I'm getting a little bit cranky with stupid stuff. Just like to see things get back to what it was 5 years ago for this country.
I hope the instructions are better than they were for this. Thy make some great aftermarket products but just don't seem to know how to make the work or tell you how to do it. I had the same problem with the mirrors when I installed them. Best of luck, lol.
K & M instructions should begin with the line “You will need to use the Force at some point during the assembly process”. Good grief, Tim, it seems that you have grief with everything of theirs.
That's the truth. I had the same problem when I installed the mirrors on the tractor as well. They do make some nice aftermarket parts if they could just make them work.
It is the way the world is today. It seems like more and more people have just checked out. Work from home. Afraid to go out and talk to someone face to face. Maybe I got spoiled with Loop Electrics. They have simple instructions with pictures of what it should look like. My dad told me as a kid, "A picture is worth a 1000 words." The pictures does 2 things. 1, shows you what it should look like, and 2, that they did it. Today, you get 1 or 2 sentences that might make up 25 words for the instructions. Frustrating.
You explain things better than I do in my videos
Thanks
Good k&m instuctons interpretation. They should hire you to to make video instructions.

@@TAHDAHFarmUnderstood, but we are looking at end times brother. Just going to keep going downhill from here I think.
👍
Definitely have to get one for the 5088.

That’ll work!
It does keep the door from closing back on you when trying to get out.
I’ll give you credit for filming the process without any practice runs. Lol
That's what I do. No secrets here. Life is real, and we should be too. Besides that, it wouldn't be as much fun, lol.

The destructions were not particularly helpful....

i dont even know what its used for..
The thing that holds the door open doesn't work to hold the door open anymore. So this will replace it.
@@TAHDAHFarm o ok. i wonder if they still make the old part anymore.. mines still working, well for now lol
