YES CAN BECAUSE KEY CARD ONLY GIVE COIL SUPPLY TO CONTACTOR TO ON AND ALSO YOUR LOAD DEPENDS ON YOUR MAGNETIC CONTACTOR AND MCB MUST BE UP TO 40 AMP
