    A father robbed of his life, his toddler daughter traumatized by being a witness to his murder, and nearly losing her life as well, all because a selfish, entitled woman decided she would be judge, jury and executioner. So many lives shattered. The defendant leaves her twins with neither parent. Her Ex-husbands 2 children won't have the opportunity to be raised by their father. Boggles the mind that this woman decided murdering her Ex-husband was her best option and that she would be able to get away with her crime.

They bought her a house so she could leave right away after his murder. I guarantee they will spend big money for her attorney(s). I have zero doubt that she is involved in this, and the twins that she cruelly took away from his family, should be returned to them. I'm sure her family will fight that though. Because there are actually innocent people convicted of crimes. 1/3 of people who confess get proven innocent, It is an extremely flawed system and an expensive (flawed) system. The family have to be dragged through and through appeals which are not only expensive for the government but also the victims families. Killing someone is just barbaric and no less barbaric with permission. It punishes the families of the defendant who did not commit the crime and the children of the defendant through unimaginable grief again and the children did not do anything wrong. I have lost someone through Murder and all I wanted to do was heal not seek anger and revenge.

    • @jenmdawg
      @jenmdawg Рік тому +1

      Well I’ll give you my reasons.
      We get it wrong - maybe as much as 10% and there are some truly evil prosecutors in this country who will kill innocent people to get their “win”. Some, like Juan Martinez are even heralded as heroes because this country is so blood thirsty that they use the innocent victims as a shield for their hatred. Prosecutors who deliberately get it wrong are also murderers - shouldn’t we give them the death penalty?
      And if you happen to not like my example - there are at least 17 prosecutors in this country who have executed innocent people - know it - and still prosecute. We can only hope it’s not one of our family members who gets on their list.
      That said - I’d be unable to be on this jury because I want shanna to suffer as I’m convinced she is guilty and the harm she’s caused so far is just the beginning. She’s a terribly dangerous person and I hope she gets life in prison.
      Also the death penalty is hugely expensive when compared to life in prison. That’s because the constitution- the thing that separates us from awful countries - gives us all rights that are doubly protected in DP cases.
      And DP does not help anyone. The victim”s family doesn’t get relief, the executioner doesn’t have a good life, the tax payer doesn’t benefit.
      Life in prison is brutal enough, it saves us millions and spares the innocent from being murdered by corrupt DAs.

    Hmmm, wonder who knew him well enough to know he'd get out of the vehicle to move a tire out of the road? Even if it was a one way road, only few would know this about his character. That he would not simply drive around the hazard and leave it for someone else to happen upon. Very sad and scary that these things can be orchestrated and brought onto unsuspecting decent people. Blessings on those that mourn this man/father/brother/friend/husband/son

      What is also scary is the possibility of mistaken identity. If a guy with a similar vehicle attempted to move the tire before the ex husband did.

    So tragic. Hard to reconcile how anyone could look into the eyes of a child where you were involved with murder of their parent. The children being with their grandparents only will damage them further, but they will see that as time goes on. 😢😢

      It seems so unfair - for kids above everything else - that (I bet) they have not been able to see anybody from their father's side of family and have only been spoken bad things about their dead father during the last 1,5 years. And the fact that not only did they loose their father - they also lost their siblings. The fact that they have not seen their siblings for whole this time clearly shows, how unhealthy environment they are being raised in. Something should be done to solve this problem, so children would not end up in this kind of situations.

      @@shirleyashanti3031 the maternal grandparents could be poisoning them against the paternal grandparents. If the paternal grandparents petition for custody or visitation, usually the child has some counseling. A huge allowance I might add that has never been reported to the IRS... Yeah, she's a good little Mormon girl. 😂
