I remember when I first had beautiful fresh oysters. I had just smoked some weed and it felt like I was eating the ocean. It took me on a wonderful journey.

What if you buy them from the store and place them in the freezer? I bought mine and froze them immediately. They have been in there for a week.

sumac ? is that the wild native sumac shrubs thought they were toxic~ is harissa a style of curry mix. ooks great as a colored compound butter. ... yet sumac in powder form .. ? is that local wild sumac // chokecherries and elderberries have their caution time lines with in a year of growing same with leaves and twigs .. .. is that same for sumac // very little on line in botanical s/ plants shrubs/ native etc huge long list yet perhaps not enough documented into the super hidden zones. if there is a safe zone for sumac or to make powder from a dried what part.. please spill the beans///meaning more data required about the sumac powder // the young spruce buds are wonderful for several meals and fluids..

emerald1one1 wild sumac, once crushed and dried can be stored effectively for periods similar to that of dried sage, or oregano. It is a wild clustered bud grown on trees across North America and other countries as well. Mahogany, and deep red colours when in full blossom. Aromatic and Savoury in taste. I’m a Chef from Toronto and use it frequently.

Why cover up the taste of the oyster and the salty goodness with anything at all? Ice cold and raw for me please.

the yellow blowtorch is not foodsafe

is the blue one better .? broiler is very adequate. beats butane gads that some uses. of course organic~

MAP-Pro is commonly used by chefs worldwide for searing, why do you say it isn't food safe? So long as you light the torch facing away from your food and adjust the flame, still away from the food, until you have a dark blue flame, it should be fine to use for food.
