"So many more donations", yeah, but not from millionaires/billionaires. Take a look at what the average donation is to each party. So technically, he may be right. 10k $5 donations is more that 4 $5 million dollar donations. But which one gets the most money? Classic example of lying by telling the truth deceptively. Rogan should be ashamed of himself, but he's not. He's laughing all the way to the bank.

So Joe saying the Democrats get more donations is true, but total money wise, the many small donations do not add up anywhere close to the 4 huge ones total.

Rogan is correct; your summary of him is not. These are anecdotes. Trump is hugely outspent in this election. Kamela raised 633 million from July though September. Trump's fundraising organs combined raised just a bit over half of that, around 340 million over the same period.
