P000A P0322 VW Golf EPC light. Vacuum leak and Rough engine Running

Here we come to look at this VW Golf.
engine was running rough and EPC light intermittent.
initial diagnostic showed up over 20 electrical faults.
battery was tested and found to be weak so it was replaced.
faulty cam sensor replaced.
Crankshaft sensor fault didn't return after Battery replacement.
vacuum leak also found during inspection.

I have a MK 5 golf and have the P000A code. I have changed the oil and deleted the code but comes back. Then I changed the sensor but still comes back. Not sure what to do

Causes for this code may include: Improper oil supply. Faulty camshaft position sensor. Failed oil control valve. Failed VVT actuator. Timing chain problems. Wiring problems. Faulty PCM.
First check oil level and condition.
If okay check camshaft position sensor.

I have a vw golf mk5 gti and my epc asr mil and tire pressure went on while running stationary, also my fans are on if i only put the key on ignition, and they go until the battery is done.
