THANK YOU SO MUCH! I came home to a cracking noise coming from my freezer. Come to find out it was the sound of things in my freezer thawing out. I just went grocery shopping and thought my $300 of food was a goner. But I followed this. I didn’t even have to take the cover off. I just hit it from the outside with my hand and BOOM. If started cooling again and now I know what to order asap

Thank you, I just walked up to my fridge that's not working and smacked the control panel and it kicked on. Now i know what needs to be replaced
