- Could you be loading your refrigerator wrong after coming back from the grocery store? Jackie London, a nutrition director at Good Housekeeping, showed Inside Edition how to properly store groceries in the fridge. When you pull your milk out of the refrigerator, she says do not put it back on the door. "You do not want this to be in the door, because this is going to be the most susceptible to room temperature," she said and added you should put your milk in the back of the fridge. #InsideEdition

Me: Cries because my family member dies
My family has always put the milk in the door and we've always been fine. Also my family just throws stuff anywhere in the fridge. Like there's oranges and apples in the "temperature controlled meats" drawer and they've put uncooked carne asada on the middle shelf. But that's only if we were gonna eat it that night, if not then they'd store it in the freezer. Our issue is we buy too much food and have a small fridge. I keep telling them to buy a new better one.
