In Portugal, Cinco de Mayo is pretty much a non-existent celebration - a vast contrast from when we lived in Southern California where over 15 million of the population is Mexican! But since the 5th of May is also my dear and beautiful friend Sylvie’s birthday, I had evening celebration plans anyway! And you can’t beat the dinner spot she chose, which is one of her faves, and you’ll see in the video, why!
