I'm buying one soon. What's the clearance supposed to be when you do the hang test?
As low as you can while not letting your body hit anything through the whole range of motion.
@@SVSky Getting the harness with the parachute on the side.My idea of hang gliding is cutting sea grass. ;-)
@@Navigator777777 that's my harness. Willswing Flylite 3 with side chute mod.
@@SVSky I'ma newbie but that 235 looks like an easy flyer. Just placed my order. Liu's video makes me smile.
@@Navigator777777 I like it a lot. Hop over to my channel and watch the Alpha 235 on tow.
Looks like a good choice for the older crowd. I'm 69 with bad ankles and knees and can't really run well anymore, but I could move fast enough and far enough to manage this floater and have a ball the whole time!
Follow up: Just flew on last weekend... and yeah, I liked it!
Nice. Paragliders might actually try this
Hang gliders, not paragliders, big difference, much safer.
No paraglider pilots won't try it because they wouldn't be able to lift the glider of the ground
Nah, they wouldn't want to take the performance hit.
@@fredvachss6567 so true. Hang gliding seems like it’s out of options to find new pilots. The only advantage is high wind and turbulent days.
@@fredvachss6567 Performance hit. that's funny dude.
