And how many HS dropouts become wealthy? Not something that should be advertised.

    • @bjwkusgxjdks

EVERY drop out who did it because they are already working and getting as much money as full time job succeeded.
You shouldn’t compare suckers with ballers.
People who drop out because they’re losers will end up on the streets. But people who drop out because they have better plans 9/10 they succeed.

Depends of the effort time and hard work you put in the right direction, which is knowing how to learn high payed skills and actually deploy them such as investing etc. and overall having the mindset of the employer not the employee. Does this make sense to you?

we must not forget that he speaks about a different time when people without degrees had more opportunities .In our day and age imagine someone dropping out at 15 for example? How could he \she achieve success? What job's could this person do in 2024?

This idea of people who dont go to college are better off, 88% of millionaires have college degrees and over 90 % of billionaires have one as well, if college isn’t for you then don’t go academia isn’t for everyone but don’t kid yourself into thinking it’s easier to get rich in any other way, at the end of the day it comes down to character and hard work

You need to realize that this is at least an hour long TedTalk, the shorts channel owner just clipped this 30 second segment out of context thus his point is not adequately conveyed. Word of advice: short form content is always contextually incomplete. Take them with a grain of salt.

That most ppl who go to school will still make the amount an average person who didn’t go to school would make overall the education system isn’t really needed school or no school if u hav a plan n knw what u wanna do y’all accomplish it at any cost the education system isn’t needed to become successful it’s just all a mind trick 💯😪

I’ve taught my 3 kids their whole life NOT to go to college, it’s just a debt scam. I dropped out of high school in the 11th grade in 2004 and I make 6 thousand dollars a month. An educational degree doesn’t mean you’re smart, You can have a college degree and still be an idiot.

it really depends. If you wish for a life where you follow your dreams of a career you genuinely enjoy that requires one like medicine, architecture, engineering, computer science, sciences, e.t.c, then definitely go to college. Even if its not one of those, college degree on your resume opens up a world of opportunities. So I dont think its best to teach your kids to follow the money and not college & formal education.
