Great List I agree with basically everything. I just have doubts about 100T they might not look as good cause of the neon changes and the relatively short time to adapt to these changes. At least they have a weak group.
I think you may be right. If I were to change 1 thing I think I would put 100T in A tier
Though I do think the Neon buff won't be as strong for pro play because with only the 1 stun, it's harder to stall executes on defense
Asuna is also a pretty good neon

For me KRÜ was the best in stage 1, they could easily have won the playoffs but unlucky for them their nemesis both G2 and leviatan had something else prepared for them, I think they can cook something good for stage 2.
And EG too I think they can also be a really good team if they manage to fix their issues.
From NRG I don't expect nothing, they're out of the season for me, the same goes for furia and mibr.
G2 and 100t are also my S tiers for this split 2 I really don't think something to say about them.
From loud and lev I have big expectations, loud can reach a really high peak performance if they manage to get their them in form, and lev I just hope they fix their coaching issues and also improve their chemistry.
Sentinels are a really strong team in my opinion they literally just need to stop throwing.
C9 I don't know why but I have pretty low expectations on them.

g2 simply outclassed them and kru choked against lev big time with that 4v1.. should’ve been kru not lev imo
