Since he is Mexican, a country which 1 MXN is 0,06 dolar, I understand why he wants these courses cheaps. Things are harsh here in latin America, you have no idea. While you can afford two xbox series with a monthly wage in USA ($1200, lets say), you can afford half a series s in Brazil (R$ 2000 xbox series S, R$ 1300 monthly wage). $40 is like 1/5 of a monthly wage. People barely can afford the equivalent of $180 two room cheap house rent with a $280 wage, lest the costs of internet, water and energy, which sums up to $100 easily
