I actually Liked 3dLand more than 3Dworld. Because they weren't afraid of reusing mechanics they did more with them. Where in 3Dworld they felt like they had to do something new everytime so the game kinda feels like a tutorial level the entire way through. I know the made harder versions of some levels in the special worlds, but even those felt the need to reintroduce the mechanics before starting up, presumably because they are appearing a good amount of time after you played the original levels.

I've heard so many amazing things about this game, but somehow missed it back when it came out. I really need to play it sometime and it sounds like a fun game to complete. The shiny star thing does sound frustrating, however. Thank you for taking us through your experience with the game!
I love it how your save file sparkles if you complete the game without dying.
Sometimes I enjoy watching videos of the games more than actually playing them. I think this applies well to this game. Not a bad game, I just didnt care to continue after about 1/3 of the way through.
I got this game when I got my 3DS in 4th grade (oh my god I’m 18 now) and absolutely loved it. The game is so well constructed and just...good. There’s essentially no part of the game I consider unfair or bothersome, and that’s a complement I can’t give to even some od my favorite games of all time. Anybody looking for a fun and enjoyable time needs to play this.
I love this game so much.
I recently started playing through Mario & Luigi dream team. Please do this one sometime soon!
Jirard's background collection always takes me back.
Thanks for still making videos man. I find them therapeutic. Take care my brother 🙏
I never get tired of the "Beard Mode Engaged" part. Mucho love man! Ggs.
This game has just grown and grown on me since it came out. If it’s not my number one MARIO game at this point it’s at least in the top 3. It’s just solid and pure.
this game sounds like a blast and is one of the few mario games I haven't played so now I have a brand new mario game to have so much fun with so thanks Jirard
the second game i ever completed, i enjoyed this game soooooo much and i enjoyed this video as well, the game gets a bit repetitive around world s1 but they mix it up a lot
I just completed this game today, it's not necessary to get the golden flag with luigi for every level, you can do that with either any char, in fact, I got every golden flag with mario , and then completed all levels with Luigi again without touching the pole and got the fifth star xD
Curse you, Jirard!
I never knew about that shiny stars thing, and I have a 5 star file.
I guess it's time to play this game again.
Which is cool, because I love this game.
Bless you, Jirard!
This is one of the games I had the most fun completing I loved the levels and had so much fun replaying them over and over! Good episode man

I needed this! 😌
3D Land is possibly my favorite Mario game to date, 3D World was great too and had an incredible amount of levels!
This game was my childhood! Its the first game i 100% because it was so fun! I know its not the most challenging game but to me the final levels in the game where you cant use an invincibility leaf was super hard. I was maybe 8 or 9 when it came out so i dont feel to bad about spending 2 years to beat it.
This is the first game I ever 100% completed and I had a blast doing so I really think you should 100% it it was so fun
*I loved this game*
*My Parents took me to gamestop for my birthday..*

*Too Bad it broke a few years later..*

OMG I remember like a week ago talking to a friend about how some years ago I 100% this game , I felt so proud ( I'm 13 I had like 7-9 years when I beated It) and now I discover It was useless and now I can't get the shiny stars in that save file, that I even couldn't known existed
0:42-1:14 Wise words from a wise man. This is why I love the Completionist and the whole crew. All you guys work hard and play hard. Stay awesome everybody :D
One of my favorite 3ds games, I completed this game 100% on each save slot
Never knew the backstory with the earthquake and tsunami. This has been my favorite Mario for a long time. Now I love it even more 🥰
