MORGAN, do a pick up order. (Walmart does them for free. I’m sure others do too.) It has taken out the stress of grocery shopping so much for me. It remembers your past orders as you go too. So it’ll get quicker with time. And you just pick up and go home. Make a dinner list in your notes. So then after you shop and you walk into your kitchen and still don’t know what to make you can look back and have a list of you weekly dinners and be like “oh shit I have stuff for fajitas”…ect. And then just get basic staples for breakfast lunch and snacks. It has helped me a lot.
Do they pick up fruits and veggies too?
@@emilythompson2748 definitely! Anything you would buy on a normal shopping trip you can get. Fruits+veg, toilet paper, tampons, Ect. Ive even gotten stuff for projects before like acrylic paint haha. But yes all things grocery, DEFINITELY.

I've been using Walmart grocery pickup for 2 and a half years now would never go back to in-store shopping. Although produce can be iffy sometimes.. so I prefer going somewhere else to pick that out myself if I can/feel like it. I'm not sure about other locations but my store has a $35 order minimum to be able to pick up, so anyone new, FYI to keep in mind.
Amazon groceries is 🤌🤌 I haven't gone into a store for a while besides small things. You don't even have to leave the house 😊
I haven’t heard of another person who understands my hatred and annoyance with having to feed myself everyday. It’s so inconvenient. Thanks Morgan I feel validated in this daily pain of eating.

I know that fear of going into grocery stores. That’s why I always make lists! Try making lists before you go in, plan out what you want to eat and write it all down. It’s helped me get out the store quicker.

Eating is a pain in the butt. I have started having a meal.replacement bar or shake for breakfast and lunch just to take the thinking out of it while life feels so overwhelming. It has been a game changer for me and gets me through for now!

I am a procrastinator too and I only clean my house at night! I've always been a night owl since I was born! When the sun goes down I'm ready to clean. I literally just finished bleaching my bathroom at 1 am and stopped cleaning to take a bath and watch your vlog. I love you!! I want to go back to school. I need a stay at home job because my son has cf and had to give up dental assisting since we stay in the hospital so much. Ps I love you bunches never change💜

Let me share a secret with you that nobody ever told me before I joined Wife/Mom life...Once you get married, you somehow will become responsible for what your family eats until the day you die. I don't know how/why this happens but it does. Just one day out of nowhere you'll feel exactly how you feel now but the only difference is it's you and like 3 other people and Mac n Cheese is an entire acceptable meal because hey, they ate and their bellies are full right?!? ❤️😬

are you able to order groceries online? even if the delivery apps don't deliver in your area, a lot of stores have an option where you can shop on their website or app and someone else will shop for you and you can just go pick them up from the store! (: helps me so much with my anxiety

Personal trainers are the way to go if you can swing it honestly. Me and five or six of my friends have a set group session schedule with a personal trainer and it is 100000% better than having to deal with randos in the gym. Plus it's better for covid reasons

Omggg Morgan I wish I could speak to you directly but step one in losing weight / getting healthy is cooking at home - like you mentioned - but that means buying food you do like and you’ll want to eat! It’s okay if it’s unhealthy at first. Then you slowly start to incorporate healthier foods and better portions until before you know it, you got a good diet! I’ve lost over 35LBS the last few months and it really is easy, I still eat pizza and cookies and ice cream but everything in moderation! 🙏 you got this girl 💪😏

Go grocery shopping with a list!!! I am the same way, waaaay too much sensory overload at the dang grocery store. Especially at TJs. Grab some headphones and have a pre made list and it’ll be SO MUCH BETTTER :)
Literally relate 1000000% to everything you said about your eating/food struggles. I am the EXACT same way. It bothers me so much that I'm like this but idk what to do about it. Even having meals delivered that are pre-made and blah blah blah is just such a hassle to set up and deal with that I don't bother trying that either. I think it's yet another ADHD problem lol...

You could try a meal prep service. They send you bags with each individual meal for breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks. They’re good for getting you into a routine and teaching you portion sizes. I’ve used one here in Australia called Lite n Easy.
If I had the money I would hire a personal chef to shop and cook for me. They even have people that come once or twice a week and do meal prep. Those could all be options. It would probably even out in cost if you are eating out at every meal.
