How we all doin my friends ily so much 🤍 Also just for some insight as to what you all enjoy- what are your favorite videos to watch right now?? I’m going insane and thinking of going back to a more daily style but let me know if you prefer a single day or a full week in a vlog 😇
I love you morgannn!! We love a single day in the life but a week is more eventful!! Love the house reno vlogs but I know how frustrating timelines are!!! Anything of you being yourself is what i’ll enjoy.
I’m a 32 year old straight white male. Electrician technician. Homeowner. Father of one. Married. And I watch Morgan Adam’s while working on boards in my garage…. Lol demographics you didn’t know existed.
Nope. Most men are still just the same. Just like us woman. Respect is earned. Finding the right fit isn't easy. So many variables at play. But live by that number one rule and you'll never go wrong. Uh, let the house take time! Finish a bath and escape room. The best homes are those that are layered, not to fill up space. From the ground up put you into it. No bar! Are you kidding? In that neighborhood? I, coming from a family of functioning alcoholics, say be careful! Your poor mother. 😱 Drag in a microwave even the workers can use, you rebel! No more running! 🤣👍🌹☮
Man: shames UA-cam career Morgan: proceeds to show what is literally going to be a multi million dollar house she’s custom designing with heated floors and acres of land.
I stopped birthcontrol after being on it from 17 til 26, and let me tell you: IT IS THE BEST CHOICE EVER. I finally feel in tune with my emotions, my body and my health.
My ONLY disagreement is that when I was 21, I finally went on a date with a boy who had been asking me out since junior year of high school. 5 dates in before he finally kissed me (super innocent guy). And when I say that was the worst kiss of my entire life, I mean it. He had NO idea what he was doing and it showed. Everything else was going well. I ended up telling him the kiss wasn't for me and when that man didn't tell me to eff off or get defensive (which is something I would have done) but instead told me I should teach him how to get it right; I did just that. We were married 13 months later. This year will be our 10 year anniversary ❤️ I'm just saying; if everything is right with the man other than the kiss, speak to why and give it another go. 🥳
@@kristenastrup5629 Thank you for not judging me! When we tell people that story they always say it was a biotchy thing to do (telling him the kiss didn't do it for me) but I say if I didn't say anything and just ghosted him, we wouldn't be where we are today. I love that man and all his kisses now!
Girl this is so cute and not bitchy. When you’re a couple you’re post learn from each other and grow together you helping him learn your own methods is being mature. I love Morgan but she attracted to assholes lol she looking in wrong places and taking them as all guys are like that.
@@CattleAshleeJohn i think it’s super sweet that you were honest with him because you liked him otherwise! AND you got to teach him exactly how you like to be kissed..sounds like a win-win from here 😌
Almost 6' girly over here. A lot of my life I was made to feel like my height was "wrong" and I always felt self conscious, especially with guys! So I feel ya, but just know that you are SO much more than your size/height. Learning to love myself more and more everyday. Sending you all the support on your journey of frustrations. Love all parts of yourself. You are enough, no matter the insecurities of these boys 🤍✨ you keep doing you
Hello my love, 30-year-old here. I met my bf when I was 25 and up until that point I had heartbreak after heartbreak. So many tears and so much pain. Then one day I met the one. And you’re right babe, all of my experiences before I met him had definitely set me up for the person I am now. I look back at the heart breaks almost grateful because they taught me SO much! Just stay strong and try and enjoy the journey. Love ya lots
My son is at a sleepover and I was just gonna call him. Then Morgans Vlog notification popped up and I decided he can play longer. Thanks girl! Give Mommas a break nationwide. 🤣🤣
I'm a 41 year old mom of 6...I always look forward to watching Morgans content. Every time I get my toddlers down for a nap I look to see if she posted a new video. So much fun seeing the house renovations and her interactions with family.
thats so trueee! I love her sm too!!! I just woke up an hour ago drinking my first coffee of the dayy. Binge-watching all of her vlogs. its 7:34am here in Brisbane Australia
As a spiritual person when a heartbreak comes along I don’t take it as “heart broken” I see it as “heart open” cause you get to feel the emotions that you need to feel. And that could help you over time.
When you said that Anna line about your dad's shoes and panned up and he said 'I like these shoes' I almost cried.. Your dad is so pure and sweet. PROTECT MR ADAMS AT ALL COSTS!!
Morgan, I can totally relate to dating/relationship troubles. I was 24 and had 6+ boyfriends and MANY first dates that I never spoke to again. I began to think something was wrong with me. I had been dating a total loser for a few months, he had no job apart from leaching off others. I was invited to a BBQ at my hair stylists house. I didn’t bring the leach with me, thank god. I met my husband that night. I felt instantly connected to him and admired the hell out of him. I was in no way looking for love. Everything happens when it’s supposed to. Things really fall into place. You will know when it’s right. Don’t lose hope. You are an amazing woman and there really is someone who is perfect for you!
I was on birth control for 10 years and going off was a great decision! I was experiencing terrible anxiety and going off helped immensely - pretty much anxiety free now! My acne did come back worse, but I found products that keep it at bay now (benzoyl peroxide cleanser and then hydrating/healing products rather than exfoliating/harsh ones). Only downside now are bad cramps but I'll take those over bc any day! Good luck on your journey - everyone's body is different! 🤗
I AGREE! I was only on it for three years but in those three years I never felt like myself until I stopped taking it. And the acne coming back is definitely not as bad as not being yourself
I was on birth control for 5 years and it was giving me anxiety and making me very moody. I quit now about a year and a half ago and I feel much better. My anxiety went up after quitting but after 6-8 months one day it was just gone. My acne got a little worse too but nothing crazy.
I was also on a high estrogen birth control for almost 8 years that caused me to have four periods per year (yes it was supposed to happen like that) and once I went off it, my anxiety decreased, my libido went up. The only downside id say is that my cramps came back which was the reason for going on it in the first place (it never really fully got rid of then, just made them less frequent). Overall, I’d say it was absolutely worth going off of it, especially in your wary 20s (I went off at 23, almost 24 now) because that’s when hormones play a crucial role in metabolism and healthy functioning cells
I went off birth control 4 years ago and my acne all cleared up, I used to be so mad and emotional all the time until i stopped taking the pill AND my enegery levels were finally normal again! Get off that shit! Takes about 6 months for your body to settle into its own routine again but it's worth it!!!
Morgan ❤️ You don’t have to feel every spark within you from the first date!! That often grows! If you date a person that’s nice and that your’e having fun with but you instantly don’t feel “the spark”, don’t end it right away! For me it really grew, the instant spark doesn’t say that the relationship will be real or successful. Trust your intuition. You deserve a person that you enjoy being with, can grow with and that respects and loves you for you. You’re the best ❤️❤️
Of course! I just mean that it’s different for everyone and that building a relationship and loving someone doesn’t go in one way! We are in our society hooked up on “feeling the butterflies” or ”the spark” but that isn’t the whole story.
I was on birth control for awhile and getting off improved my mental health instantly! Sadness turned into being able to feel anger again, energy increases, thought clarity increases. As for the acne... it got worse for me before it got better but it was worth how much better i felt!
One of my favorite “I can’t believe this just happened” dating horror stories is a guy I was seeing who wanted me to get rid of my dog (who I had had for 9 years) because he didn’t like little dogs. The icing on the cake is that he knew about my dog before we ever went out. He even pretended to like her. He told me about how his ex made him give up his snake because she didn’t like them. Flash forward a few dates, the snake story actually went as he had to give up the snake because she had to give up her 2 chihuahuas! And yes he was very surprised that I would break up with him “over a dog”.
Personally I had 0 bad symptoms after getting off birth control (5yrs) - my energy improved, my metabolism increased, I felt so much better after 1 week. Definitely look into it/ talk to your dr!!
As someone who was on birth control from 14-20 I feel like a new person being off of it and I do enjoy it but my acne did in fact blow up. It leveled out after a few months but it definitely blew up for a hot minute. 10/10 recommend the book your brain on birth control for anyone who’s curious about the science!
Just wanted to say how much I truly love your videos Morgan! Makes me feel like I’m just chatting with a gal pal. I’m so proud of your growth these last couple years and I hope you are too!! Never stop kicking ass babe❤️❤️
Hi Morgan, I just wanted to tell you how much your videos have helped me. I watch your videos almost everyday and they also make me smile and laugh so much that I am also dying on the floor 😂. Thank you for being you and showing me that you can be yourself and not worry about what others think ❤
Quitting birth control was the best thing I ever did. It took about 7 months to see the change complete. I am no longer depressed, and my anxiety has slightly subsided, and even though I have smaller boobs now, I feel 10000% better and everyone around can see how its improved my life. Totally recommend. There's a lot of research behind the negative aspects of birth control.
I was on birth control (pill) for about 4 years and started to feel so crap on it, Finally, I decided to stop and it helped so much. After about 6 months I was starting to feel like my old self again. I really recommend it. I also have always had pretty bad acne and didn't really notice much change with or without birth control.
MORGAN, My life changed so much when I got off BC! You think so clearly and have way less symptoms. Even my husband noticed the stark differences. I didn't even really realize I was experiencing side effects until after. I also educated myself on the longterm negative effects that doctors won't tell you. Yes my acne did get a bit worse for a month, but then regulated. Keep in mind you experience hormonal shifts at different ages, for example I am now 27 and have only had three pimples in the last six months, so I wouldn't even need BC like when it was bad in high school. Try limiting makeup and skincare and avoid fragrance like the plague. P.S. I think you always look amazing so do what's best for your health.
I've been on birth control since I was 12 & I'm now 24. I went off of it for one year after hearing how it was the root cause of a lot of issues others were having that I was also experiencing. Unfortunately I was worse off of it, my anxiety wasn't related to bc, I gained weight, and I started to get acne. I also learned that I have excruciating pain on my periods that was preventing me from going to work/doing normal daily tasks. I'm now back on it and feel much better so honestly every person is different and you'll never know until you try. I know it's not for everyone but birth control really helps some of us for the better! Good luck with your journey!! 💗
I was on it for 7 years and getting off of BC was AMAZING. Migraines went away, period cramps were manageable overall, flow wasn’t much heavier than before, 10/10 recommend. My skin got even better, my mood got MUCH better and I am a nicer/happier human off of it!
I am going through a rough breakup, my heart hurts but I enjoy hearing you talk about your issues with men. I appreciate the humor you incorporate into your stories. I’m hoping my heart will heal and I’ll learn how to be ok without this man in my life, but right now it doesn’t feel that way.
Thats because bc depletes your body of making/absorbing important vitamins like magnesium and zinc that are needed to make “seratonin” (your happy hormone)
You're so lucky, I've came off birth control twice in 10 years and both times all my hair fell out (not exaggerating) So I guess I'm doomed to always be on it even when not sexually active 😭
@@breakfastattiffanys741 this can be due to a mineral/vitamin deficiency or something else! My hair would fall out in clumps and after getting a full blood and hormone panel my naturopathic doctor found out my thyroid was under active. It took months of changing my diet and lifestyle and taking the right supplements for my body but I was able to slow down the hairloss overtime! It’s totally possible! You just need the right support/resources
When you do the detox you'll start to feel better! I was on the hot mess express when I was on bc with weight fluctuation, acne, mood swings, etc. and when I went off, I got to feeling more like myself!
Yes, so I went off of birth control after being on it for about 8 years, give or take. I started at 11 or 12 for having an irregular cycle and then I kept taking them until 19 or 20. Here's my two cents about birth control. Do your own research and form your own opinion because there are two drastically different sides to this argument. I'm going to be biased since I chose to go off of it. When I found out that synthetic hormones tell your body's natural hormone production system to turn off, I knew that could not be a good thing. When I found out there were so many other long term health issues that women are developing due to this pill I found myself alarmed. The reason I ultimately went off of it was because I believe I may have something called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) which you may have heard of. It hasn't been confirmed formally but it's on the way to being put on my record. That being said, birth control masked a lot of my PCOS symptoms like the irregular periods, acne, mood issues, and others whilst making the initial problem much, much worse. It's kind of like having a cut and smearing bacteria and numbing cream all over it before putting a bandage on and painting it to match your skin: you can't feel it, you can't see it, but it's getting worse, and whenever you take the bandage off you're going to be left with a much greater issue. That being said, coming off has brought many of my symptoms back as well as new ones I never had before. I still prefer this to taking the pill because I know if I get on the right diet and maintain a healthy lifestyle then I can get this problem under control on it's own (birth control is really the only prescribed treatment method for PCOS unfortunately). Every person will be different when they come off of a medication and that's why it can be helpful to talk to your doctor first to discuss the potentials you may be facing. I quit cold turkey and I never plan on going back.
I was on birth control for at least 5 years (can't remember exactly when I started) before I decided to go off of it and it was so worth it for me. My cramps are less noticeable, mood swings are less. I don't fluctuate in my weight as easily/as much as I did before. I sleep more normal amounts, my acne is almost nonexistent now. Buuut I also wanna say that the first 6-9 months after going off were.. a lot. My mood was really all over the place, my period took quite a while to figure itself out and I had the absolute worst acne I have ever had. It was my entire face, nothing helped except time. But, I was also really stressed working like 60 hour weeks and very unhappy with other parts of my life, so, how much of it was the hormones trying to regulate and how much was stress/bad diet/sleep routine... I have no clue. Either way though, I'd do it again. I feel so much better now!!
Similar experiences!!! The months following going off are ROUGH but in the end you feel how worth it the decision was. My body is still currently trying to regulate my period but thankfully it’a just very small to no flow, instead of the crimson flood gates opening up 😂
Getting off BC has been the best thing for me! Ive been on 14-21. I had bad acne, BC didn't really change it much and going off didn't change it much. BUT let me tell you emotionally so much better, anxiety NO MORE, happy and healthy !!!
You are literally a foot taller than me I'm 4'10" 😂 Being tall and being super short are both frustrating. People say the dumbest shit I feel your pain girl 💖
Awww my mom is 4’11 and I always thought we were a great team because she can see low and pick stuff up easily and I can reach the top shelf at the store 🤍😂
My 19 y/o daughter is 6’1”. She loves it and hates it! It’s so hard for her to date because she refuses to date anyone shorter than her but loves it in the fact clothes look fantastic on her when they are not too short (another tall problem) 😂
Everyone in your life has a season or reason. Good or bad. Long term or short. Take the lessons with a grain of salt and always continue growing. you're doing amazing morgan and have come so far in the last few years. You and Shane are my idols (sorry Ry, I do love you tho!) You two take everything in stride and even though you take breaks you always come back to us and keep it real.
i took birth control from 14-21 this past year i stopped taking it. and i feel more like my true self. my moods aren’t super low or super high, they have balance! i can think more thoroughly about my emotions/feelings. also!! i was worried about my acne, but it honestly has been fine. i had a few bad breakouts right after getting off, but since then they’re under control!! goodluck Morgan💓
I went through a year of horrible first dates before I swore off dating. About a month after swearing off men, I met the man of my dreams. Keep your hopes up, sometimes the right person pops up where and when you least expect ☺️
Morgan, you just helped me make a good decision. I live in Denver hahaha and started dating a guy that I really liked until he said something that icked me out on day 3. You’re right, though! We are just gonna have bigger problems later so I just broke it off with him. 🖤 sending you love and appreciation
I was on accutane too. Came off birth control just fine. Turns out liquid foundation was breaking out my skin. I switched to bare minerals and that helped soooo much.
@@alkimich14 I switch between the powder and pressed powder foundation. I use any primer. But honestly I just make sure to use plenty of moisturizer before. I also do weekly face masks to hydrate my skin. And that seems to help. Also try not to use too much. It feels like it’s not covering BUT it is. Less is more.
I was on birth control for 15 years. When I stopped I feel like my mood changed so much! But also I started to sweat like crazy and my skin got pretty bad because it was so oily. Just be prepared that it might take a while for your body to adjust.
When I stopped my birth control I would say 90% of my anxiety went away and my mood and attitude about life also went wayyy up. The only negative is I did gain about 10 pounds and my acne was worse than when I started birth control but with the help of a dermatologist I was able to get that under control
I was in the middle of doing my homework, but then I saw that the queen has posted…had to drop everything immediately, make tea and start watching. It was time I took a break…so… hehe I love you Morgannnnn, so proud of youuuu. Keep doin what you doin, I love you 😘😘😘😘
Thank you Morgan for this video ❤️ going through a break up right now after a 3 year relationship where we lived together most of that time. It’s been awful. But this video gave me home that eventually I won’t feel like I’m dying. Thank you for the distraction! ❤️
Thank you so much for sharing your stories and how you’ve felt. It definitely helps me to feel less alone and less guilty about my own experience. I appreciate your truth and send you a biiiig hug . Thank you for sharing your existence with us 🥰
I’ve been on birth control for a long time and just recently stopped, I can’t say I’ve noticed anything with my mood being better but it’s definitely easier to lose weight now and maintain one. I hope this helps I’m sure everyone is different though, thank you for making videos that help keep me motivated and happy!
I stopped taking my birth control pills after a couple years just to give it a try, and let me tell you that was on of my worse decisions I have made. My emotions and hormones ran completely lose, I would lash out at people and cry a lot. I had no motivation for anything and the cherry on top of it all is that my acne got about 10X worse. I ended up getting back on the pill, it helped control my emotions and fix my acne.
I feel like I really lucked out with finding a wonderful boyfriend at a young age (16). We’re engaged now, and as I hear Morgan’s horror stories it boggles me how straight men can be! My boyfriend would never say shit like that to women, and apparently that’s rare 😵💫
I met mine in high school too and been together for over decade. I think it’s more rare when a good looking dude is good person but that can be said same for women. Not be that person but it’s true attractive people are literal harsh when they’re born attractive and not glow to be attractive those people are usually do narcissistic behavior things lol.
Morgan- I struggled accepting my height FOR YEARS. I’m 5’9 flat footed and stand 5’10 in sneakers. It was so hard dating.. My boyfriend is 6’4 and he tells me everyday how much he loves my height. I have grown to love it so much. I now wear heels and have such confidence. Being tall is beautiful! These guys all sound like douchebags. The UA-cam comment I would have thrown my drink in his face and left. He is small minded. Don’t ever let anyone make you feel any less about yourself.. MORGAN YOUR career is going great and SUCCESSFUL.. and YOU did that! Keep it up. Love you sis. 💓💓
Hey Morgan! 💜 I am 23 and was on birth control since I was 15 too. I just recently stopped and am on my first period since stopping. I'd say honestly it is way easier to NOT be a crazy person on my period because I'm allowed to have emotions all the weeks around it instead of being overloaded with all my emotions and hormones in one week. Do it if thats what you want! And if the men don't want to wear condoms then we also... sprint away 🤪
Was on the pill for 14 years! Got off - no depression, no more daily fatigue, no acne, no mood swings, no crazy hormonal collapse. My body was literally thanking me.
I thought it was interesting with the spark/first kiss failure notion you had mentioned. I know when I had first started dating my boyfriend of two years now, I did not like kissing him. The other factors though in our relationship I valued and loved so much that even though I didn't get a physical spark with him initially, I had an emotional/mental spark with him. I truly believe that if you have a good relationship with someone and love them (or grow to love them) the physical intimacy and connection will follow and become stronger. Most women know that men act like players but more often than not don't actually know how to play when it comes to pleasing women or just doing physical intimacy.
Morgan I love you! Just wanna say that I haven’t been in birth control for four years now and I have never felt better. I stopped taking it because I felt like it was really messing with my ability to regulate my emotions and anxiety. Also my skin started to clear up. It’s not 100% but it is not as bad as it was while I was on birth control. Cramps can kind of get a little rough and pms symptoms are a little more prompt, but nothing some midol and body mindfulness can’t help with! I wish you luck on your decision ♥️
I love you Morgan I’m 5 10 also! So I totally understand your life when it comes to stuff like that! I wanted to say I had a realization the other day about how much more myself I am when I compared myself now to when I was on birth control when I was younger 16-21 now 28 ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hey girlie, I have been one to come off of the pill of BC and it was not an easy ride or journey…. Lots and lots of ups and downs! Just keep a healthy mindset and lifestyle/diet and I know you will be strong enough to do it and accomplish this and many more goals. Good luck Morgan!! Keep on inspiring and pushing ✨
I’ve been on birth control since I was 16 (13 years) and I’ve been toying with the idea of going off it like you. I have no interest in having children and I’m terrified of knowing what I’m like without it, but I’m also intrigued at what my body and mind could be without it. I haven’t been an adult without this medication - what am I missing out on?
@@Chloe-lc5rh I came off of it briefly to try and get a handle on my hormones. I went 72 days between periods, more severe back issues with it and the worst anxiety that I could be pregnant. I stay on it to help keep me regular now.
You’re mood will be better and you will definitely feel more like yourself. It’ll be easier to lose weight too if that’s a goal of yours. Downside is hormonal acne might come back and have a heavier period.
I was on it for heavy bleeding. I ended getting cancer from it and having to have a full hysterectomy. The 18 month healing process sucked and my body is aging like an old person. I got diagnosed 4 years ago today and soon to be 4 years free. Mine was hormone related, due to the birth control. Had I known, I would've not have taken BC and figured out another way. Do your research.. there are now hormone-free BC...
@@leggzd I only took bc for a short time when I was younger. Used other methods later because I was worried of effects and I didn't like how I felt. I went through menopause a few years ago and did that hormone free also. I used herbs for any bad issues. I may feel better if I took in some ways and reduce hair loss but, as someone prone to cancer I didn't want it even for a short time.
Sweetie! I'm thrilled to find you today!! To hear you quoting the Hermetic Principals was brilliant! The Law of Correspondence is what you were saying about everything being balanced and equal. The bad days equal good days.
Morgan I stopped birth control last December after taking it for 12 years straight. The changes I have noticed are MASSIIIIIVE! The brain fog is gone, my anxiety is manageable and I don’t feel as moody all the time. The fact that I can actually think clearly was worth it because now I actually notice and acknowledge certain feelings with a clear mind and actually be able to reason things out rationally. The period cramps are back but honestly, it’s a small price to pay considering everything else.
Your videos make me so genuinely happy! Also, I've just stopped taking birth control 3 days ago and I am excited to see where this decision will get me😅 I have always struggled with acne even on birth control and was just taking it because of the very bad cramps but have now decided to stop taking it and to stop flooding my body with hormones. I'd say just try it - if your skin gets worse, there are other things you can try😊
I’ve been on birth control since I was 18/19, I’m 25. I was constantly taking it for 4 years (for a guy who I was on and off with but now dating also for my acne). We had a bad breakup 2020, and I decided to stop taking it because I was very heart broken and was no way interested in having sex again. 2021 started the year not taking birth control and heal from my breakup. Mind you I was still depressed and heartbroken so my mindset wasn’t the best. From what I noticed when I’m on birth control I have like a fog or a cloud in my head and when I’m off that feeling is away. That fog feeling is like my anxiety/depression/not a good mindset. My period was still the same on time and usually 5-7 days. Birth control helped/not helped with the acne. It was 50/50 to me. When I was off it was still the same but a tiny bit better. Since I’ve been on it again (June/July 2022 when we got back together) my acne has gotten better and cleared out which is like a miracle because I’ve been having bad breakouts since I was 18. All my life never had an acne issue as a teenager until 18-end of 24/beginning 25. Now I feel more confident with my skin which took a long time and being consistent with skin care, facials and a short period of skin needling. I did share the same fear of getting endometriosis/pcos because I heard “horror” stories of their body having bad withdrawals and making it out of wack in every way and form. I’m hoping when I decide to be off it when I’m ready to have kids etc that I will be fine but who knows. It’s just scary to think that something a doctor prescribes that’s suppose to help you not get pregnant/not get acne/help with periods can also fuck you up in time or not even help at all. It sucks how women’s healthcare isn’t the best or well researched on. I hope when you do decide to get off that you’ll be fine and not experience bad withdrawals or deal with a new health issue. Best of luck!
Okay so first: I love you!!! Second: I got off birth control after like 11 years to start trying to get pregnant. I got on it when I was 15 as well and I got off it when I turned 26. My body reacted fine. The only difference is my periods are back and heavy also just PCOS stuff. But other than that skin reacted fine!
getting off of birth control was honestly one of the best decisions I ever made. my mood swings, cramps, depression all got so much better. it felt like I had a mental fog lifted from me. obviously do more research because anyone in the comments probably isn't a doctor but when I tell you I got my sanity back after being on birth control for 10 years, so worth it.
Girl I was on the pill for 15 years, when I stop taking it my acne went down! I feel less depress, less anxious. My mood is better Try to be your self, to know you without the extra hormones, it's worth it
To that narcissistic guy who didn’t google you and said “when are you gonna get a job” i would’ve stared at him for 10 seconds and say “well, you should’ve googled me” and walk away lol
In my opinion all guys would be crazy about you, especially if they have followed you on youtube through many years. If so, they can see how funny, smart, kind, creative and Beautiful you are, with or without makeup. First time i ever saw you, was in one of shanes videoes (my sister was watching) and i asked her, omg who is that?! She is Beautiful!! And you only grew more Beautiful when i got to learn your personality. Great love from Denmark! (32 year old woman, with child and husband)
I was on BC from 15 until 21 ish. Honestly, at first it was hell mentally. I had insane mood swings and my depression got a lot worse drastically. Prepare for something like this and make sure your friends/fam know about it just in case. After a few weeks, it slowly started to get better and so did my weight, mood and overall wellbeing. Just beware that you might have really bad anxiety/depression in the beginning but it will get better! All the best Morgan
For me birth control has been incredibly helpful with unmanageable periods and hormone-induced migraines - I feel like it’s villainised too much. I would however research methods with gradual release, such as a contraceptive implant. It’s truly worked wonders for me, way less hormones and way less spikes and drops that fuck with your mental state 😅
I agree. I felt great on birth control but social media told me I needed to get off for my body to feel normal....jokes on me, I've been off for a year and I'm about to go back on until we decide to try for a baby bc I gained weight, my acne came back, my cramps are worse and my periods are heavier. Honestly my mood swings are worse now 🥴🥴🥴
Just do your research Morgan! :) Personally the pill was way better for me, once I got the IUD I gained so much weight, extremely emotional, and a lot of acne. It’s different for everyone though of course. :)

I was on birth control the same amount of time and even after I had my daughter for 4 years and I accidentally stopped taking it since I had missed a few so I figured “I’ll start all over next month” and I kid you not, I felt genuine LOVE and happiness when I smiled for the first time in YEARS…..I had been a depressed mess for so long and I would blame myself for being so blah all the time so I always assumed something was just wrong with me….but once I was off of it for 3 weeks I felt HUMAN for the first time and I never even knew what that felt like….even the love for my husband and daughter was on a whole another level that I didn’t even know my brain was capable of….I felt for so long that I never would be “happy” but even since accidently getting off….I’ve never been better….my acne on the hand…is ugly only for a week…but my life is worth the acne now

I stopped birthcontrol after being on it from 17 til 26, and let me tell you: IT IS THE BEST CHOICE EVER. I finally feel in tune with my emotions, my body and my health.

@@keayannadavis9836 I know, it is crazy how little doctors tell you about those side affects!! Happy that you're off of it now!
Why is this the cutest thing ever 🥺
@@kristenastrup5629 Thank you for not judging me! As a spiritual person when a heartbreak comes along I don’t take it as “heart broken” I see it as “heart open” cause you get to feel the emotions that you need to feel. And that could help you over time.
I love this.
Just don't develop trust issues over it. Too many girls take their current relationship and relate it to their last and make decisions based on that
When you said that Anna line about your dad's shoes and panned up and he said 'I like these shoes' I almost cried..
This is the best advice, agreed 100%. Sometimes the best people rock up when you’re not looking for them!
Curology was my skins saving Grace after I went off BC. I swear by it. :)
@@alexishenderson3323 Right?! It was as though a cloud as lifted and I was like... who even was I during those years??

Takes about 6 months for your body to settle into its own routine again but it's worth it!!!
Morgan ❤️ You don’t have to feel every spark within you from the first date!! That often grows! If you date a person that’s nice and that your’e having fun with but you instantly don’t feel “the spark”, don’t end it right away! For me it really grew, the instant spark doesn’t say that the relationship will be real or successful. Trust your intuition. You deserve a person that you enjoy being with, can grow with and that respects and loves you for you. You’re the best ❤️❤️
For some of us that spark is our intuition.
I think it depends on the person. It's never ended well with guys I didn't initially like at first.
Dogs over everyone. PERIOD. Well dogs snakes and ferrets for me weird combo but they're my children and im giving up none for any mannnn hahaha
I can’t believe someone actually asked you this. Like wtf! Where does the audacity of people come from! Did the dog like this person. Animals know
Total narcissist. I'm glad you broke up with him. It would've only got worse.
I wouldn’t give up my cat for ANYONE. She saved my life and she sleeps in my bed every night. Not that jerk 🙅♀️

Personally I had 0 bad symptoms after getting off birth control (5yrs) - my energy improved, my metabolism increased, I felt so much better after 1 week. Definitely look into it/ talk to your dr!!
Not surprising since it is your natural hormone levels. Your body thinking it's pregnant for a decade can't be good.

Morgan, you are incredible in this video. You are so concise and articulate with your ideas and all the advice you gave is on point. Much respect.
I’m so obsessed with this house journey! I love all the updates keep em coming 🥰
I was on birth control (pill) for about 4 years and started to feel so crap on it, Finally, I decided to stop and it helped so much. After about 6 months I was starting to feel like my old self again. I really recommend it. I also have always had pretty bad acne and didn't really notice much change with or without birth control.
I have to be on it otherwise I will bleed out .
Who else missed Morgan's vlogs and was so happy to see she uploaded just now? 😏
I’m so excited for the rest of your house renovations!!!

For 3 years I have though that I am depressed and always anxious. After coming off birth control my mood improved through the roof!

I have to be on birth control because I will literally bleed out if i am not on it.
These are my go-to comfort videos 🤗 Girlie has been delivering MAJOR content lately keep it up
I was on birth control for at least 5 years (can't remember exactly when I started) before I decided to go off of it and it was so worth it for me.

I am 23 and was on birth control since I was 15 too.

I wanted to say I had a realization the other day about how much more myself I am when I compared myself now to when I was on birth control when I was younger 16-21 now 28 ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love the family and friend videos and sit downs like this!
Hey girlie,
I have been one to come off of the pill of BC and it was not an easy ride or journey…. Lots and lots of ups and downs! Just keep a healthy mindset and lifestyle/diet and I know you will be strong enough to do it and accomplish this and many more goals. Good luck Morgan!! Keep on inspiring and pushing ✨
I am one of the ones that got off my birth control and felt sooooo much better. I think it was the right decision for me. Love you Morgan!
MOOD. Same here. I have no idea if my regular daily experiences are me or the pills. Also been on it for 13 years
I thought it would improve my mental health but as soon as I went off it, I just got insane pregnancy anxiety
Get an IUD……. Helps sooo much and you can get one w/o hormones just research it!
Downside is hormonal acne might come back and have a heavier period.
birth control is such a tough debate. I am interested in starting it but the side effects SCARE me, and it's different for every person!
I may feel better if I took in some ways and reduce hair loss but, as someone prone to cancer I didn't want it even for a short time.
for me it has never been a problem! I suggest you talk to you doctor and find out what would be the best option for you
I know it's going to be a good day when Morgan uploads a video. Thank you Morgan
I can't wait to see the house!!!!
Every time I watch Morgan do a kind of grwm I want her to do my makeup. Paint me like I’m gram 💄😍😂
Omg I should just open a makeup room and you all can come we will get makeup done and we can just chat THATS a concept haha
@@morgansvlogs omg yes I would actually fly to Colorado with tequila for that lolll
I want an invite to this party!
@@morgansvlogs I would fly from Alabama to do that!!!!
Honestly my mood swings are worse now 🥴🥴🥴
Do the iud! My face cleared I didn’t have any issues the pill gave me and I felt good! Just fyi because you can always take it out lol
Just do your research Morgan! :) Personally the pill was way better for me, once I got the IUD I gained so much weight, extremely emotional, and a lot of acne. It’s different for everyone though of course. :)
Get a copper iud, is without hormones
There are scary IUD stories out there. I would avoid that.
@@allisong3736 I have to be on some kind of bc because I’m on accutane and I don’t want any with hormones so the copper iud was the best choice for me, no problems so far. With every medicine or bc you can find scary stories out there.
Morgan you're going to meet someone when you least expect it and when you're not even looking for them. That's how it happens 😊
Morgan, don't listen to this fairy tale. You keep searching and filtering until you find your partner for life.
*thats how it CAN happen. But quit with the worship of passivity please
The first kiss thing and not feeling a spark is SO TRUE
I was on birth control the same amount of time and even after I had my daughter for 4 years and I accidentally stopped taking it since I had missed a few so I figured “I’ll start all over next month” and I kid you not, I felt genuine LOVE and happiness when I smiled for the first time in YEARS…..I had been a depressed mess for so long and I would blame myself for being so blah all the time so I always assumed something was just wrong with me….but once I was off of it for 3 weeks I felt HUMAN for the first time and I never even knew what that felt like….even the love for my husband and daughter was on a whole another level that I didn’t even know my brain was capable of….I felt for so long that I never would be “happy” but even since accidently getting off….I’ve never been better….my acne on the hand…is ugly only for a week…but my life is worth the acne now
My fav vid from u so far love the sit down crappy dating story content
