    Ray, That is a really nice desert car. Attempting to swap my chinese engine of my buggy to a motorcycle engine. First time for me to do this swap. Your video is inspiring to motivate me even more.

    Invest in a helmet, even a cheap one will reduce the likelihood of injury in the unfortunate case of your head meeting part of the cage ;-)

      I wanted too but A bussa engine was way more expensive . And had another car with the same engine I liked it and figured it be best to keep them all the same

      @@raymiranda7507 Did you come up with the cage design? If so you should draw up plans for the single and make plans for a two seat version of this using a Busa and sell them. I really like the cage structure, no dead tubes, suspension geometry seems to be right and looks fairly simple to build!

    I want to like for what you built but want to dislike for the music covering up the engine sound. I'm surprised you used rod ends to connect your knuckles to the A-arms. In the orientation you have them I wouldn't have thought the balls could rotate far enough for good steering angles, but it seems to work. The reason they don't normally recommend you use rod ends in lieu of ball joints is that rod ends have a tendency to snap at the necks when you give them a bending load. It's awesome build, though! Really tidy and looks like it works well.

    question at 0:54 the tool your using looks like a burring machine/ bead roller did you make this tool? id like some more info on it if possible, thanks. also awesome build im gather all the info i can before I start my single seater build.

      Erik Brown yea it's a bead roller I made . top roller is on a sealed bearings to alow it to roll free with the pressure applied since I didn't gear it to the lower one

    thats bad ass I just recently had the idea to go ahead and build my own buggy with a Hayabusa engine trying to find as much info as possible but I'm kind of hung up on the final drive as to CV axle sockets and a final drive sprocket size any help would be greatly appreciated again that is a bad ass buggy

      gear doun as low as possible for sand . I'm running a 13 front sprocket and a 70 rear. buy a good chain. "Sidewinder sprockets " is the best chain I've ran so far and they can make any size sprocket you want . I make the chain drive asembly it uses 930 cvs , hub plates and spindles to . here is my email mail if you have any other questions ray_bmx13@hotmail.com

    what did you use for a rear end? I haven't started building mine yet just curious most of the mini sand rails I have seen on here have had one similar to yours.

      I used a latestrage micro stub hub and plates I developed for chain adjustment that utilizes a tatum 2 piston brake caliper. I make front spindels too and hub arm plates if you need

      yea it would be around 10,000 for a rolling chassis all depending on how complete you want it . and yea i could build a turn key for 20,000
