+JarAxe go watch the heart attack video and you'll see why this game was a horror game masked as a child's educational game. seriously that video was the only thing that ever made me scream loud and run out of the room. fuck that traumatizing video
+Tyraka628 lol yeah well at least you were able to go back two months later. I wasn't able to go back to this video until borderline 16 years after I first saw the damn thing
I did it cuz I liked the moon. The part that really freaked me out was the brain synapse movie! See when I first had this games as a kid I never had the narration in ANY of them. So I always thought it was weird when the text began to move and all that good stuff. So when I did get the full sound I remember I couldn’t watch the brain synapses movie.
That "OH NO!" Whenever you zapped something you were not supposed to was the most nerve wracking thing ever in my opinion. I remember once I actually shut off the game after jumping from the sound of it XD.
Our family got our first computer when I was 6, in 1993 or 1994. This game is one of the first video games I loved, and the kid with rabies stands out in my mind. Now I’m a 36 year old veterinarian because I was a 6 year old science nerd
Mannnnn.. this is such a blast from the past! I remember when we got our first computer, and being scared to use it at first. I just thought of this game, and couldn't remember it. Seeing the visuals, hearing the audio.. brings back good vibes! I remember that Dino program too! Such premier tech back then! Lol
4 patients in Critical condition, ( Proceeds to go outside and totally screw around) I love how 5 year old me chose the same exact timeline. I'm 31 now, this game was a riot and honestly scared me shitless for some reason.
I would often go outside the hospital to explore. It was kind of my 1st intro to sandbox type games. lol. I thought it was pretty cool the details they went into (especially for 93 when I was used to just side scrolling). And yes, I would sometimes play just to damage healthy cells....I needed GTA as a kid, Lol
IIRC, My aunt gave my dad this game for me to play as a kid back in the 90s. As others said, it terrified me too, but I played it anyway. I think its the combination of being in an empty hospital/ER late at night, scared patients with deadly diseases, and the music. It's all just very eerie and creepy. But definitely very nostalgic, thanks for making this!
Omg. I remember this game. x3 I kinda laugh a little about it now, but after playing this when I was 10 years old, I got to the heart attack clip and it scared me to no end. I was crying in bed fearing I would have a heart attack. My dad was so frustrated with me getting nightmares from this game [cause hey, I was 10. I got, and still do, get nightmares easily]. He actually took the disc and broke it in half, then threw it in the trash can
Thanks for sharing! This game popped in my mind randomly and had to look it up. Lots of memories playing on our childhood pc. Great to see these visuals and hear the old music once more!
This game is symbolic of my youth. I played this game, body recall, and watched the flyby videos first thing after school. I added this video to my favorites.
Playd this when I was 3-4 years old....my mom tells my gf about scaring my pediatrician with knowledge of anatomical features in the ear at a toddler age when most high schoolers dont know that stuff. Also this game had parts that scared the shit out of me. Aisde from the heart attack and digestive system video *that heart attack scream* and the HURRY UP tone the nurse keeps saying it scares u as a kid, but also i did love walking outside :) Memories
Thank you so much for uploading.i have been trying to figure out the name of this game for years. I also forgot that we had a Packard Bell computer.. this was so cool thanks 😊😊
I clicked this video randomly, never played this game but.. OH GOD. I nearly had a heart attack and a stroke at the beginning.. from the appearance of the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH.. I remember how much near heart attack I had back then whenever that BSOD appeared telling me there's a serious fatal error and my comp has died.. God, watching that was like having an old scar and nightmare returning.. haha.
OMG! I can't believe I found it! I played this when I was a kid with no bills, no problems, no worries 😂 It feels like I'm a kid again watching this! Omg the music lol. I must play!
First of all, I think the female voice was replaced with a more serious sounding male voice in some cases (and I think the patients did not have voices). Then there were more patients to save, probably up to 6 more.
@Rocky54167 Heh, I know, just making a silly comment. Thanks for uploading this! I would spend hours replaying all the flythrough videos through the lungs, heart, stomach, etc. as a kid.
I was 6 when I got this. It was way too intense for me. Mine also had an option to look at a sliced human body. I didn’t mind that as much as having to save a person! The music is weird too and made the whole thing worse. A year later I was more brace but did not like playing it...
I never played this game as a kid. The thought of time limits always freaked me out, and I just thought that if I didn't succeed, the patient would actually die (hey, I was a kid, cut me some slack). I could see why this would scare me as a kid. Even for a kids game with terrible graphics, it was alittle intense to be playing at 3-5 years old.
There would also be times when you were deposited into the wrong part of the body (e.g. you start in the brain but the infectious agents are in the heart), and there may even have been times where infectious agents were in more than one part of the body. To compensate 600 seconds were given to save each patient instead of 300.
OMG haha I just actually remembered this game i played it as a kid all the time..didnt understand it like i would now though lol i need to get me one of these and my old windows
lol i did that in this game to basicly bring back some memories from the outside. I Now have the full hospital up without the Emergency game but yeah it went pretty quick when i saved the 4 peoples lifes
LMAO! I remember when I played this as a kid leaving the Hospital and getting lost. Why would they even put that front door in there if you cant use it?
Reading all these comments, and all I can think is "Is something wrong with me?" I didn't find the game scary at all as a kid. I think it made me anxious a little bit because of the timer aspect, but that was it.
I think it all depends on the person. It’s like horror, some people don’t get spooked by it, others love the spooky feeling and some don’t like it at all. The game had some creepy vibes and soundtrack. But yeah some point aren’t gonna find it creepy.
Having read a DC comic book by the name of Forever Evil recently, all I can say when I see Mike Connor is... *_SCORCH._* If you know what I'm talking about, you know what I'm talking about.
yea when your a kid u think they will die. but i was like 6 when i first played this and i didn't know what to do because of no sound-effects or voices. When i did get the full sound i was like SHIT there going to die
Do you really think John Davis was going to die? All he had was an exaggerated African-American voice. As an African-American myself, I thought he was hilarious.
@@MarthaRoseQuartz John Davis is some white guy trying to sound black, like every black character in 90s games. (Ed Boon as Jax, Wayne Ward as War Machine, etc.)
back in the day this was a horror game disguised as a educational video game
+reverse3222 You kidding? I was fascinated by it! :)
+JarAxe go watch the heart attack video and you'll see why this game was a horror game masked as a child's educational game. seriously that video was the only thing that ever made me scream loud and run out of the room. fuck that traumatizing video
Michael Westen Yeah, actually that was scary at first, but I dunno. I get fascinated by certain things.
+Tyraka628 lol yeah well at least you were able to go back two months later. I wasn't able to go back to this video until borderline 16 years after I first saw the damn thing
+reverse3222 Dude right!? Haha. This game scared the shit out of me as a kid.
This game scared the shit out of me when I was a kid
Me too! I was probably four and got stuck outside the hospital. They kept yelling at me to save the patient.
so true lol
the heart attack scene, still worry about that today!
When I was a kid, all I liked to do in this game was leave the building and look at the moon. Thanks so much for doing that right away.
+Dave Larsen Lmao me too. I was too scared to play the real game. lol
I did it cuz I liked the moon. The part that really freaked me out was the brain synapse movie! See when I first had this games as a kid I never had the narration in ANY of them. God this game scared the hell out of me when I was a little kid. I can't even really explain why, but I can totally still see it.
Playing this at 5 years old, It still haunts my mind and brings up questions of why.
I had no idea how not alone I am in spending a lot of time running around outside. I played this when I was 4 & 5 years old.
I had this game as a kid, today im doctor in a real Hospital.
Love this video.
Back in the good days. I miss my packard bell and all the games it came with
So the doctor is told that he has four patients in serious condition, and he just turns around and goes outside...
"House" in a nutshell.
Roaming the hospital parking lot is the best memory of 3-D Body.
lol
Why ?!? I did the same shit when I was 5 Years old.
This is why I love UA-cam. I used to play this, 3d dinosaur adventure, and some ocean themed one.
My eyes are tearing up, but I honestly can't tell if it's nostalgia or just remembering how freaking scary this game was 😂

Yeah, the heart attack, educational purpose went out the window, lol.
I played this game at 5 years old and i'm pretty sure it shaped me as a human being. It was fucking terrifying.
The memories of playing this at after school daycare at 6-7yrs old.
Haha, the first thing I always did in the game was go outside, too...

i'm glad you went outside :)

holy crap my childhood is back i remember playing this from an actual packard bell navigator. this game, doom, and treasure mathstorm. Thank you

Hey Rocky have you uploaded the Emergency Game theme yet?
Could you please click on the hallway video to begin playing on Navigator on your Packard Bell computer if that's okay?
Sitting in bed with a fever and this memory came up
I remember this from EONS back.
i see now why it takes so long at the doctors office they haft to travel all over and they cant get in after dark cause the front door is locked
I almost forgot about all this. This is so cool!!
really? The only thing that really scared me on this game when i was younger was the Brain zapping movie after i got it full sound for these games
