Thank you for this video! I like your way of breaking it down from life vision to yearly, quarterly,... goals. It's funny, I also uploaded a goal video today. My approach is to choose one main focus for the year that will help me get closer to my dream life and that will help me channel my time and energy into actually achieving this goal. I do have smaller goals in other areas of my life as well (that are easier to achieve), but I noticed, focusing on 1-2 areas of your life for one year really helps!
