You are so lovely. I'm trying to learn more about...calm. I feel so erratic and out of control most of the time. I know I have adult adhd but I cannot afford at this moment to get an assessment or medication. So I'm turning back to yoga but more than that, I want to be mindful of how I live each day. You're the first person on this website that I actually feel I can connect to. I really don't want to listen to some American guy on his Tedtalk talking about what he found on India and profits off another culture. So many of them on UA-cam.
So thank you, I'm starting to journal so I think and reflect more. Be present as you say.

i have watched almost 50 videos , everyone says mindfulness , awareness , consciousness is vital but no one says how to practice ... we know it is important but how to control on our mind to concentrate to focus not to fly
I seems to be easy to say be present... but it's very tedious task...
My mind consuntrate in my study but , my feeling is somewhere else....
