- We’ve relocated to the Outer Hebrides, to the Isle of Lewis. Most of you will already know that the Outer Hebrides captured our hearts last year. The video this week shows the journey over the last five months and also of our time out with the cameras. We plan on making more videos to share with you focusing on Seascape & Ariel photography from these incredible islands. As a kid in the 70/80s the excitement of going to see my dad's family on the island was many times better than Xmas and I got good presents. I was even exciting going to get the train tickets weeks before. Can't wait to move there oneday soon.
Hi neighbor! We, too, just relocated to Isle of Lewis- from Nashville, Tennessee! After 5-6 years planning a move to mainland, Scotland, we had a surprise landing here in the Outer Hebrides. Perhaps we’ve already said, hello, passing by on a beach or in town. I wish you every blessing in your new life here!
With all the sh*t that's happening in the world these days, stories like this really brighten the day and couldn't think of a better place to move to, it really is a photography goldmine up there. Great choice of music too, the title couldn't be any more apt for you both

I Watched this before going to work this morning, simply stunning, but there is one problem I am so jealous of you guys, I miss Scotland a lot but your video's always make me feel good if a little more homesick.This would be an dream come true for me, but I gotta say I am so happy for you both. We’re really enjoying being on the island… it’s a dream come true for sure. We fell in love with Scotland ten years ago and the dream was to always live on the west coast. We totally fell in love with the island last year and couldn’t think of anywhere else we’d rather be. Hi Mark… 😊😊 Awww thank you! We literally came home from our tour in September and out the house up for sale. It’s been a fantastic experience and one that we still can’t believe we made happen. Literally still pinching ourselves every day. Winter has been wild but it’s been great to experience. We’ve missed not making the videos but knew we’d be back at some point. There’s definitely plenty of beaches to bimble along and get lost in for a good few hours. Thanks so much for your lovely comment, much appreciated. Last time I was there with the Mc2 team (Nick Hanson etc) I met Nigel Danson on Luskentyre during the month he spent doing the shoot for his book 'Spirit of Luskentyre' so I'm used to meeting you tube 'Superstars' (like you and Max 🤩!) Not sure how soon it may be as the Boss doesn't fancy sitting around for hours whilst I perfect a composition, but I'll keep working on her.
