I've been paper trading while building my live trading account and have seen a lot of improvement and better consistency, a long with consecutive green weeks for the first time. I'm having a lot of trouble spotting all the different things you need to watch for exits, entries, whether to keep holding or to get out. This video helps a lot. Always such good information in your videos.

There is one thing I don’t understand, maybe you can help out: After min 16:00 you say that light volume at the pullback is an indicator that price might continue to squeeze up, because at the pullback, only few people are selling.
I am wondering: The argument would also work the other way around, right? Meaning, on the pullback no one is continuing to buy, which might indicate that people don’t believe in a continuation of the squeeze.
So what’s the flaw in the alternative I suggested? Or are there maybe additional indicators that would help distinguish between the two?

the half dollar resistance explains a stock i have held for months. It keeps bouncing off $3.50 this week before dropping. It should be going up with all the good news in the market. Thanks for that tidbit.

Awesome lessons here. The day 10 success and then the day 11 slide a bit said to me that as I get into trading, I am NOT going to focus on how much money I want to make, could make, etc. I am going to look to make successful trades and that's it! Not big money. Then, once I am consistently making good trades I can start putting more money into it, and even then I'm going to stick with my strategy of taking a successful trade even if it's not a big money maker.

Sorry if I have missed this or haven't gotten to it yet. Are you using buy stops for entry, then immediately putting a stop loss to midigate risk and doing a replacement of the stop loss when you want to exit? Or what is the order type strategy you use? What I’m not understanding is are you looking at the ma, vwap chart per 5min , 1hr, day, or week??? To determining when to get in and out?
Question for you Ross, I was caught in a halt twice last week and that was my first time experiencing one. I didn't know what to do the first time so I let the trade play out and when the stock resumed the price dropped almost $1 right away and my stop got pulled. I was frustrated because I was .20 cents away from my take profit and it would have been a nice trade if it weren't for the halt. The very next day I got stuck in another halt and this time I lowered my take profit to a few cents below the price where it halted to avoid another loss. I planned to play it safe and take a smaller profit as I had my sell order ready for when it resumed. I hit the sell button right away but the stock held its place and then went up another $4. I was frustrated once again because this time if I left it alone I would have earned another $1 per share. Then I struggled with the fear of getting back in so I just sat and watched it move up. My question is how do you play a halt because I got burned twice by staying in the trade and again the next day by exiting?
Question, is the scanner free or do ypu pay for it. And another thing can you do all this without the scanner?
I just tried to open 2 of your recommended off shore accounts to avoid pdt and both enforced the pdt rule.
What is this program you are using to see the stock market and be able to buy and sell? I want to start using imaginary money in a notebook and see if I can get a high accuracy with my picks and then maybe start day trading too
