I appreciate the information you share. I am asking to come and visit and learn something. I work for ministry of fisheries and livestock. I have just started developing my farm.
My name is Mahmoud. I’m a young farmer here in Nigeria. I’ve been following your farm development on UA-cam. You are doing a great job. I just wanted to ask what is the best open field sweet pepper variety? Best regards
Shed net are for countries which are hot as hell, but greenhouses are necessary to protect plants from heavy rain and diseases, the nets can be used on the sides.
Good day, sir. Lovely video. Your green paper plants are close together. What is your spacing for your shade net growing? I'm planning to venture into growing under the shade net. Please help in terms of spacing
Hello Panuka Jude here from Uganda. i started farming potted sweet peppers in a green house 3 months ago, the plants looked great but were affected with wilt even after everything was rightfully provided. A friend that studied agriculture told me it was fuzarium that existed in the soil that killed the plants HOW BEST DO I get RIDD of SOIL diseases? Thank you
Once fusarium wilt infects a plant, there is no effective treatment. Remove and dispose of affected plants immediately; don't compost this garden refuse. Whenever possible, remove and replace fusarium-infected garden soil which is easier for younsince you have potted soil. Alternatively, check with some Agrovet for a chemical solution. Drench before transplanting
Thanks senior for such a professional delivery. Your articulation is excellent. Greetings from Ghana. I will get in touch for some basics
You are welcome
This is some serious work. Thanks alot for the insights, I just like the plant.

Hello Mr Panuka. Good job as usual.
I didn't see any sticky trap at all. How do you handle thrips and mites without them?
We have been using them but rightly missing for now. We are using a too called Plantix...,helps in timely identification
@@PanukaAgriBizHub plantix is a nice tool.
@@PanukaAgriBizHub I also noticed you do not use mulching film or weed mat, any special reason for that?
Great things I am seeing here.. very inspirational.. what material is on the sides? the white one

We use 40cm plant spacing. It's intense production with lots of care to get it done at such plant density

It's best to plant a resistant variety. It will one a ton of work and 💔.
Best of luck with future efforts.
Would you say that in shade net there is 50% less weeds growth then open field? Thx
Is sharednet better than green house?
Morning Mr Panuka, just wanted to khow how do you do two stems on a green pepper plant
Hi
We basically remove the other stems. But only do it when they are all a bit big for you to identify which ones are well formed.
@@PanukaAgriBizHub Thanks seems different from doing two stems on a tomato plant
Do you have to hand pollinate in a green house? Since insects are unable to enter?
No, all female
Greeting from USA but I am a nigerian. Great job!. Please l need to consult with you.

Good afternoon from SA here . What size of shade net is this one or any recommendations in sizes
All depends on what size you want. We have different sizes...we just finished one for 10,800 sqm
Thanks for responding so quickly. I was asking about density of the shade net not length. Here we have 30% all the way upto 90%
Hello . What shade net percentage is best for green peppers?
We use 40%
Looks like capsicums to me sorry there veggies mate not fruit's!
Capsicums are fruits!
They can fall in either category. But perhaps we can both focus on the bigger picture...agronomy and not semantics
