    Do you think the holeshot and ride heigh device should be used in MotoGP? Let me know below! ⬇

      Do they still use rear springs when they have the ride height device?? Or is the device replacing the spring?

    • @jonathansmit872
      @jonathansmit872 10 місяців тому +2

      YES! Absolutely they should use it and continue to improve the technology
      Id like that tech on my street bike too tbh
      You killed it in this video man, so well done. Keep up the bike stuff please

      @@dalchemista2814yes they still use rear springs because the rear shock is basically untouched
      Its the rear linkage connecting rod that is traditionally a fixed length but is replaced with essentially what is a connecting rod(it looks like an additional smaller shock) that can remotely made longer thus lowering the rear of the bike

      @@absolutedan9173 Lot is covered in tech talk by simon crafter, but aerodynamics could be a good idea for a video. Its a complicated topic. For instance I wonder why they havent adopted DRS like in F1

      This is a great idea Jeff! Love the idea of DRS In MotoGP and why it wasn't adopted

    Hi Dan, Great video. I do like to see these devices for the simple reason this is the prototype class where the boundaries of technology should be pushed( within reason , cost permitting).

      Thanks Terry! Glad you liked it. I agree, it's good to see innovations like this. Would be hard for this tech to make it into road bikes that people can buy but it might spark other ideas.
