Oil for frying

You can add a little bit of cornstarch to it. FYI. Sometimes you can over cook the yuca and yuca will in turn retain a lot more moisture. To keep this from happening just keep an eye on it and periodically run a fork into it to check for Dess once done take them out. I hope this helps
