Easy Homemade Mayonnaise Recipe!

- Here is the recipe written out!
In a wide mouth pint mason jar add:
1 whole egg (room temperature)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp white wine vinager
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp real salt
1 C Avocado oil (or light olive oil) - I love to use avocado oil!
Add all of the ingredients to the jar, leaving the oil for last and add that slowly. Let that sit for about a minute. Place your Immersion blender into the jar making sure that it is firmly pressed at the bottom and start blending, keeping it in the same spot for about 15 seconds before slowly moving it up the jar to incorporate all of the ingredients together. If you do not have an Immersion blender you can use a regular blender or a food processor!
This can keep in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks, when stored correctly!

Thank you for sharing! I recently wrote a letter to hellmans mayo owner. They are marketing mayo with olive oil for nearly $7 and its made with soybean oil. Every mayo on the shelf has soybean oil except the organic avocado oil mayo, which is $7 a PINT. Ridiculous. If you add a little bit of a fermented juice and leave it out for a couple of hours, then put it in the refrigerator it lasts for months!!!

Love your smile and personality but want people to know how healthy
your mayo is. I have serious eye problems and found that seed oils are a big cause for macular degeneration. So appreciate the use of avocado and olive oil in your mayo
