- Loved ones gathered once again Saturday night at the site of the horrific crash in Windsor Hills that claimed six lives. They joined in prayer and solace - finding comfort among each other in their search for strength.

A whole family wiped out just like that I can't even begin to think about the pain and grief. I don't think I'd could ever forgive unless it turns out the driver was incapable of controlling that car. My heart goes out to everybody involved in this awful tragedy 🙏

It takes time to grow. Forgiveness is not about the other. It's about yourself being able to move forward onto what happened everyone has this strength within them. Sometimes it takes us a while to reach there just don't forgot you can get there too. Don't discredit yourself. But you know people hurt people. This why the world cries.

@dirratt Of course the family of the pregnant woman want her to be held responsible. They have said that in numerous interviews. They have also said they forgive the woman that caused the deaths of the victims. Forgiveness doesn't mean not holding a person accountable for what they did. It's a deeper meaning.
The girl who perished would be incredibly proud of her Sister. She would want her sister to carry on and thrive and not spend the rest of her life bitter and full of hate. The best thing we can do to honor a lost loved one is thrive and survive.
Shout out to that Fire crew for showing up and spending time with the families.

I'm a man with high functioning autism, and I'm normally a very kind and generous person, and even though I don't have any children of my own, seeing and hearing sad stories involving children makes me stop and think of my nephew, I don't think I can forgive someone for taking the life of my loved ones, whether it was accidental or deliberate. I'm not going to lie, this was a little hard to watch, made me tear up a bit. Whoever you are, whoever did this, I hope you stop and remember your own family while sitting behind bars, because you ruined your life and destroyed several families because of what you've done, I hope you're happy with yourself.

I have heard of forgiving those who committed horrible events within time but my goodness the sister and family are very strong for forgiving this quickly. I wouldn't be able to forgive someone who killed someone who I loved. The pain would always be within me.

It’s easy to forgive when you receive undeserved forgiveness too. It’s called grace and mercy. We’re all sinners in need of forgiveness from our sins and that’s why Jesus came to save us. He said forgive and you too will be forgiven, but if you don’t forgive neither will you be forgiven.
Yes to what Asherey's sister said. That's exactly why the driver/Nicole Linton's life was spared. She will have to deal with the guilt of this horrendous act for the rest of her days.
If she will feel the guilt at all. Not all care about killing others and can live just fine knowing what they did.
God did NOT spare her life!!! He doesn’t interfere in that way at present but he does give us the strength to keep going if we ask him.

Going through a red light at that rate of speed. Gave me chills. I was wondering how the one that caused this made it, but I see her car was not part of the fire. A pregnant mother, her 11 month old, and her fiancé. That baby wasn’t even 1 year old. It’s truly a tragedy. The person who did this must pay.

That one sister...talking about making her morning walks with her and their babies making that first walk alone made my ❤ break wide open...and in the midst of her grief...she has forgiveness in her heart already...what a shining example to us all...she was so articulate in her speaking and it really touched my heart...i pray for healing and peace for everyone involved...what a horrible tragedy...that nurse is supposed to save lives...not wipe an entire family off the face of this 🌎....the baby and her sister pregnant just is so tragic...little lives that never got to have a chance because of someone else's behavior is not okay.

I’m having a hard time extending many kind of grace to the driver. There is absolutely no reason in the world that this woman was driving at almost 100 mph on a regular street with traffic lights. The driver was irresponsible and negligent. And she should have life in prison

Forgiving a murderer seems commonplace now...unbelievable. Saying she was "sparred" (as if fate played any role).
If the woman has a conscience she will torture herself and agonise over what she has done for the rest of her days. She will be in a literal living hell. She'll most probably commit suicide rather than live in the hellscape waking nightmare she will now be cursed to live in day and night.
That's their decision to make if they want to forgive. This will eat at Nicole. SHE WILL SUFFER. Most times living with hate eats at you and is debilitating. I think it'd be incredibly difficult for me but at some point I'd have to let it go.

My sister died. Best thing you can do, is to keep on living and being strong because they can't anymore keep on living. It's difficult at first. It's so hard to look at life the same again.
Forgiveness is the key and I am glad that her sister could forgive. I have been through some extremely difficult times in my life when I learned to forgive but nothing like this. I hope all those who died RIP. And yes I do hope that nurse who caused this horrible tragedy get life in prison and has to watch the video daily.
