You ever did push presses behind the neck? I use to do 225x8. You could probably handle 315 maybe more. But I don’t think it’s wise to do more than 3 reps with so much coming down on you.

They give spots to big name whiny baby new players that haven’t even jumped off the porch yet or they are family to owners, other players, or coaches, favors, and NFL has politics too it’s not just about being good and they overlook hardworking players that have real talent but because they weren’t 5 star recruits or aren’t 6’4 250lbs+ they are looked at like nothing
