Last night I managed to SQUAT 505x2x1, for 2 sets. You're abilities to recover so quickly is something that I'm envious about. Good session.....Thankyou always Will.
what are your thoughts on knees caving in a little while squatting? I tend to do the same thing as you in this video but have heard mixed opinions on if it’s actually a bad thing or not.
I used to think it was a bad thing because I watched that channel "squat university" and the guy says you should open up your knees while squatting so I modified my form and tried to open up my knees and ended up with knee pain...(it was 3 months or so that I tried that) Then I went back to squatting with my knees caving in a bit when it gets heavier and I haven't had any pain since... I'm going to keep doing it regardless of what some people say, I've watched Olympic weightlifters doing squats with their knees caving in a little bit, so I guess if they do it it's not that bad
@@lg20a1 Getting to know your own body mechanics is a rewarding and underrated part of lifting. You come to better understand the machine that is your own body. And while Dr. Horschig is knowledgeable, he'd also break in half trying to squat this weight, so I'd probably defer to Will's expertise here.

Good stuff bro
Recovery means good sleep. Easy for some
@@christianrios6295 insomnia is no joke.
Fuckin beast man
Depth and form is low key satisfying to watch with this kind of weight lol.
very weak...my brother could squat that when he was in high school and he is only 3 and I dont even have a brother
It makes sense he's so strong. Imaginary brothers are legit beasts.
my dad was just as strong he’s also imaginary as well
Respect !!! 😎💯💥👊💪
champion
But did you rerack it? 😳
Crazy strength man. And to think Clarence Kennedy did 585 x 10.
Was that a dig brah 😂😂😂😂

It's not
It's your adductors doing their job
It’s not a bad thing anyone that says it is most of the time is either a boomer or a glass knee.
