Ive made this ring in loads of colours and styles and gotten a world of compliments! I even tweaked it a bit, using 4mm firepolish instead of 3mm pearl and 3mm bicone to connect the units. I also used 4mm cubes instead of 6mm rounds
and they POP. ideas for this ring is endless! Thank you!

OMG I finally got it; I had attempted this ring a few months back and no matter how hard I tried I just could not get it right; then, I decided to try again last night, again, it took me a few attempts until I learned it really has everything to do with the tension, plus I made a little adjustment, instead of 3mm, 3x11/ . . . I had to use 3mm, 2x11/ . . . and it worked a whole lot better for me. I am very happy with my new ring and I like it so much I am going to make another one in a different color. Thanks Stephanie for being such a great teacher.

Think the seed beads were myuki but they were old ones so i didnt have the packaging. Also used 24k gold 11/0 myukis Wish i could post a pic! I have a question, how do you clean your pieces? I am horrible about taking off my rings and I know that when I wash dishes (yes, I do not have a dishwasher I do them by hand) I never take off my rings or bracelets. Just wondering if I get them in water if they will get gross?

+Roberta Blue Ho Roberts. You should try not to get your beaded jewelry wet. The thread will stretch and yes, it will eventually get gross 😆 Here is a link to my Cleaning and storing beaded jewelry video. ua-cam.com/video/P-gQdePIF4E/v-deo.html

I made 2 rings in this video. The second one closes the same way as the first one. The close starts at time stamp 15:13 approximately. Rewind and go from there. 😊
