Great video! Can you please explain the use of the nd filter you mention in the end;
Basically the STF 8 does not do high speed flash synchronisation which means that it becomes very difficult to have have the flash as the main light and the ambient light as the fill. So adding a 3 stop ND filter means my camera takes the ambient flash down 3 stops and then the flash over powers the sun as the key light. You have to use manual exposure mode to achieve this.

I would say so - I've not done it myself. You'd have to cut some gels to size and maybe hold them in place with the diffusers.
