He's doing this in chronological order; euphoria comes next, then 6:16 in LA, then FAMILY MATTERS and finally then meet the grahams.

Despite the controversial use of AI, I actually think this was Drake's best diss (followed by Push Ups). Very disrespectful and the "perspective" of a disbelieving Pac sounds somewhat cool and haunting (and absolutely no evidence for this, but it sounds cool and creative enough for me to doubt that Drake had the idea).
And at the time of release everyone was thinking Kendrick couldn't possibly outpace Drake so it was starting to look like he had much less to lose and would put a much bigger fight than anticipated. This beef was so much more entertaining because it seemed like he had raised the bar before Euphoria (in opposition to whatever 7 Minute Drill was).
But here we are.
