    I love adding the feet movements to arch and flatten. My feet feel awesome after practicing this way. Thanks for sharing with all of us.

    I have long term tendon problems and can’t find a solution. I came across pendiculation and really hope this works.

      I hope it helps you too. Somatics movements--pandiculations-- are intended to address tension patterns that run through the whole body, so be sure to explore more than just this one movement.     I cant lift my right heel during the arch

      HI Naveen, try doing this variation of arch and flatten in a chair, feet on the floor. You might even start in a chair and do the movement but focusing on one foot at at time.
      I suspect you might be in a trauma pattern or red light pattern, which is creating a twist in your body, and impacting how your feet work.
