Years ago I had a husky, Neiko. I started taking him to the groomers at 5 months old, so he’d get used to the smells, the sounds, other animals, being touched all over, etc. It was this big Plaza, and his groomer place was 3 doors down from my hair salon, and his vets office was in the plaza too. It worked out great. When he was almost 8 months old he got out of our yard and was hit by a car, he had a broken leg, he had to be recasted every 2 weeks. Bringing him to the groomers early on really helped with how he was at the vet’s, calm and cool. He was one of the groomers favorites to come in. He was so calm there she’d let him roam n he’d greet people and their pets being dropped off. Loved that boy so much. They had this nook in the corner for them to hang out in, at times you’d walk in n think they were statues by how they sat facing forward. A family friend breeds and shows Newfs, although she paused for over a decade when there was evidence of heart troubles in her bloodlines. She recently started fresh with dogs from Italy. Anyway it used to be fall tradition to drive down to her lakeside home and socialize the Newf puppies. 10-15 bowling balls of enthusiasm. And once they were tuckered out and put to sleep, we'd say hi to the grownups. There's nothing, NOTHING, like being next to a lake with 11 adult Newfoundlands (she only had one litter per year but showed many dogs). The tails! The love! The drool! I always picture Newfs in a big herd on a sunny autumn afternoon.

Yes, I have a red heeler, Joey, and 2 to three people is right, plus the twisting and screaming!
I know!? I have a cat that takes two of us being trapeze artists to clip her nails!!
You could build several other dogs out of the fur that came out of that fluffy monster! What a sweetheart. A loud sweetheart, of course.
Little known fact, Huskies reproduce asexually by shedding off other dogs.
You could knit a dozen Chihuahuas outta that mound of fur.
Bare in mind that the mic probably auto levels the noise so she probably had it much worse 😂😂😂
@@mnomadvfx Yeah, but she was wearing ear protectors.
This has to be by far the best video you've done. the amount of FUR this guy lost is incredible! Even though it's 'not a clean cut', it still looks good and like you say; you're still learning. I think it looks fine specially with how he looked before? Job well done!
This before and after is like the Distance between Day and Night and worth every single Pence. Fantastic Job. 👍👍👍
That sounds like a dream 🥺 thank u for sharing!
Wonderful memories!
I’ve seen this exact comment on another video of GWTD. What happened?
People need to stop breeding.
@@barnagotte7297 at least the dogs aren't being mistreated.
I love how you can see the Golden half holding him back.
One thing I love about this channel is that you've managed to capitalize on your good content with what some would call 'click bait' titles. That's some smart business thinking there.
Now that’s a ✨chonky✨ HANDSOME fluffy boy☺️
Handsome and LOUD
Nah, he no chomky, he big boned n floofy :).
You mean HONKY
It’s like any time you see a dog with that bit of ice blue in their eyes, you know a husky owns their soul!😂😂
Omg 😱 I can’t even deal with a husky coat. Husky-golden hair is like a “hulk” of coats 😂 definitely a remarkable beauty. Good job as always.
You did a BEAUTIFUL job. I’m sorry about your off-days. I think you have always done great work, with such love, and conscientiousness. All the best right back to you.
You need a huge GOLD MEDAL...your patience, hard work ethic, and sense of humour are unmatched, I am very sure! Every time I view your videos I am filled with admiration for the service you do for these pets and their owners. Take care and God Bless! 🙏🏼🤗❤️
I bet Moses felt so much better after all that floof removed.
It’s hard to keep a human calm for 3.5h, let alone a dog... I get crazy after siting 2h at hairdressers’
You did an amazing job!
You may have adhd or I underestimate how frustrating being at an hairdresser is.
@@CataStudies i can’t imagine having to sit perfectly still for hours being particularly comfortable for anyone
@@deffdefying4803 Why perfectly still tho, you only have to stay put and relax, if you tensed yourself in the chair you are trying to give yourself some strage kind of cramp.
@@CataStudies Ya, stay put, for hours.
@@deffdefying4803 I assume you received an education, you already did sit still, for hours.
The before after / shots are so cool. He just glows.
The husky in a golden disguise, the squarking, the multi colored eyes. Moses is perfect!
That’s the most incredible glow up you’ve had on the channel so far. Wonderful job on such a handsome boy as always.
I was yelling at the screen not gonna lie. "You're part golden retriever! You should love water, what is the matter with yooooou!?"
Watching your videos has make me want to try grooming since I love animals and honestly could use a more seretonin filled career. I'm also happy that you don't sugar coat it and show us how much hard work it is so I don't underestimate it.
I'm always amazed you can get such neat detailing on a panting, tip-tapping tasslemat like Moses. A beautiful dog and you did a beautiful job
The patience you have! I laughed so hard when you informed him that he was dripping drool on you. I hope your camera running person gets ear and furnado protection.
This has to be one of your most dramatic transformations. Wow. the owner is going to think it's the wrong dog.
Came in as a Golden, left as a Husky. She didn’t exaggerate when she promised a transformation. 😂
Oh his grooming brought out more of his colors! How gorgeous
“An then I tidy up his grinch feet”. I love that saying I always can’t wait to get to that part so funny
It makes him look like a younger dog! Great transformation.
I think it's good that you put the price in there. Especially it'll give people an idea how much it's going to course to own a dog like this. I would continue to do it. Great job
definitely and 67 dollars an hour for a dog this size is a screaming good deal!
@@lamenamegame9314 I just didn't realize it was that much money but then again it's Canadian money versus US money
@@rajnbull it still is a lot of money, but most big dog haircuts are around 75 to 80 dollars an hour
I’d love to see the customers reactions to these kind of transformations!
Thank you for disclosing the price of the grooming, I have always been super curious about that! I think your price is extremely reasonable for the amount of time you spent on Moses, and to be honest I expected it to be more.. Keep up the great work!
He looked amazing when you were finished with him. Don't be so hard on yourself. You did very well. Especially considering the hot mess you started with.
Imagine if the dogs could review their visits 😂This golden husky would rate 2/5 stars with the motivation: "Thought I was going to drown and afterwards it felt like standing behind a plane-engine, but afterwards I felt beautiful so it was worth it"
Leave it to You to Make HIM more WONDERFIL
