    Can a person buy the machine for home use?

    • @AllCore360
      @AllCore360  Рік тому

      AllCore360 is a commercial grade machine and it was not designed for home use. We have a network of independent operators that offer various subscription packages to use the machine. Recommended usage is 3 sessions per week. Each session lasts 10 minutes. You can enter your zip code to see if there is a location near you at this link: allcore360.com/schedule-a-visit.
      That said, individuals have purchased the machine for home use and sometimes used units do become available. If you would like to discuss a used purchase, please contact us at sales@allcore360.com.

      If you have ever done a plank, it doesn't look like you are doing anything but your core is working very hard isometrically to hold the position. The AllCore360 is an isometric exercise meaning there are no joints moving. It's essentially a "seated plank" where the full weight of her upper body is being supported only by her core as the machine slowly rotates. Whatever part of her core muscles that are facing the ceiling, those are the ones working the hardest to hold the seated plank. Whatever is part of core muscles that are pointed at the floor are working the least.
      As the machine rotates, the core muscles have to adjust in a coordinated fashion to hold the seat plank position. Keep in the mind the core is a tube of muscles that go from the pelvic floor all the way to the base of your skull ... it's not just the muscles you see in a six pack. The 360° rotation ensures that all the core muscles will engage at some point during the rotation. Make sense?
      The further back we tilt the chair, the harder your core has to fight against gravity. At 75° tilt which is not very far back at all, its very easy for a healthy athletic person. But if we tilt all the way back to 0° where the spine is parallel with the floor, it is extremely difficult to maintain good plank posture. We can adjust the angle to fit whatever the rider can safely handle.

    Why a machine when you already have gravity. You say the core works to maintain homeostasis through isometrics right after you mentioned isotonics. Aren’t joint's designed to move along with the muscles that dynamically stabilize them.

      AllCore360 is an isometric exercise - not isotonic. It's a seated plank that slowly rotates at an angle. The body itself remains completely still while using the machine. No joints move. It is only the machine that moves.
      While you still have gravity without the machine, what you won't have without the machine is the entire core engaging in a coordinated and balanced fashion through a full 360° range.
      You could do a traditional plank and strengthen/stabilize the muscles 1 isometric position at a time, but not a 360° range. You could do some plank variants and get a few more isometric positions, but still nowhere close to 360° and not in as time efficient a manner. It only take 10 minutes 3 times a week on AllCore360°.
      Some AllCore360 users may have injuries or issues with their extremities that would prevent them from doing traditional planks. On the AllCore360°, the extremities are not involved. If the person can sit upright, there is a good chance they can do the exercise.
      The US Air Force is currently conducting studies for fighter pilots and other military personnel using the AllCore360°. These are people who need a very strong core and need a very time efficient way to keep them in tip-top shape.
      It is difficult to fully appreciate the benefits of AllCore360° without actually trying it. People generally have a lightbulb moment after the first 1 or 2 rotations about how well it works.
      I invite you to go to our interactive location finder map. There you can enter your zip code to see if there is an AllCore360 operator near you. Our network of independent AllCore360 operators will give you at least 1 free session to try the machine at no cost. A session consists of 10 rotations lasting 1 minute each.
