- I made a pair of hairpin legs out of some extra 3/8 round bar to add to this table. Really happy with how it turned out and the design pairs well with any room.
Check out more of my creations:
A walk through your jigs would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike
Very simple quick bending jig. Your sizing jig also looks good. nice job
good video and setup...haters gonna hate and say theres a better way of doing it,keep on doing it the way you feel comfortable doing it thats all that matters
Nicely done! I liked your jigs!
great video, keep up your work!
Thanks for the feedback.
man congratulations,
You could say the height and width measurements for a dining table?
I am attempting to make these. thank you!
I would love to see your pics when you’re done. if you could post them or message me on Facebook or Instagram
Well planned. Do you have a video on the jig you made?
WallysPlace66 I do not have a video. I have had a few people ask about it. I may have to go ahead and make a video
That would be great.
Did you tac weld spots or weld all around?
Way too much time to make those. Plus with the pointed ends they would be difficult to package for shipping.

I do not know of any machines available to buy that would make them. The best way I know of is in a jig. The videos on here show some of the slowest ways I have ever seen to make them. They certainly can't make money doing them that slowly. Unless their time is not worth anything.
No problem. I make mine and sell them on Etsy:

good job done...one question...what is the angle on your hairpin legs....cheers mate...
Robert Pivcevic I am not 100% sure. When I go to the shop on Monday I will measure it
thanks a lot mate....cheers....
