I truly believe there is no better image of appreciation of food than a man chewing a bite of food with his eyes closed while giving the universally recognized hand signal for OK! I want y'all to know how much seeing your channel brightens my day. Love y'all from Arizona USA
My 48 year-old disabled daughter (Ectodermal Dysplasia with associated malformed hands) has learned to love Korean hot pot dishes as well as other Asian foods that most people eat with the help of chopsticks. My Indonesian "adopted" kids, who own a sushi restaurant in town gave her some "practice" chopsticks that are used to teach children how to eventually use "grown-up" chopsticks. (They don't separate, but can be used easily like giant tweezers that fit in her hand. Inexpensive from Amazon.) She's really doing well with them and make eating some foods more fun for her. You should give some to the gentlemen to experiment with, so they can get to the point of using regular chopsticks comfortably and without embarrassment. I can already see their big grins of accomplishment!
Watching these videos bring me tears of joy! I love the wonderment that Mr C brings to everything, from the elevator to the food! We should all have such joy!
They are mainly for foreigners and extremely wealthy Pakistanis. That is why the restaurants' names and menus are written in English. Even the elevator buttons were only labelled in English. Pakistan only has a 63% literacy rate for all languages. How many Pakistanis do you think can read English? A meal at this restaurant would cost a week's wages for the average Pakistani.
I've been to Pakistan many times you'd be surprised how they have everything like in USA Many village people prefer to eat fresh Halal food Instead for prepackaged frozen microwave.
This must be *LAHORE*. Other cities in Pakistan don't have such great international restaurant options. Lahore has always been known as the 'fin' city - a bonafide food, recreation and entertainment HUB
Love seeing the Tribal People out and about experiencing new things! Looks like Mr Chaudhary is having a great time! Really well done on the stellar video production as always! Love this channel so much! Peace, Happy Holidays and love to all! ✌️☃️🖖🎄🍜
....minus, thankfully, the darkness that Bourdain carried inside that ended his life. Bourdain was not only an adventurer, but a great observer of not only different food cultures but the Culture of people of the world. Food was just an avenue for him to get people to open up about themselves and their culture and their world. I loved his show. Bourdain to world culture is like David Attenborough to Nature. RIP Mr. Bourdain.
It's so delightful to see Mr. Chaudhary enjoy different cuisines at such nice and modern restaurants. You can tell he really enjoyed this meal. 😊🍲 The weather is cold here and seeing that steaming pot was very comforting. ♥ Great video as always, thank you! 👍🏼
Another beautiful restaurant and Mr. Chaudhary is just a wonderful beautiful soul. Thank you Tribal People Try for another great video of some of humanities finest❤️🙏 Prayers and blessings to all❤️🙏👍👍
I'm glad Mr Chaudhary enjoyed the meal. Please someone, show him how to separate the chopsticks and the proper way to use them. I know the technique of using chopsticks takes practice, but I think Mr Chaudhary is eager to learn if someone would teach him.
Did you really have to explain that a burning stove with boiling liquid is hot and that it burns? Do you only associate with 3 year olds or the mentally challenged? The real reason why he kept burning himself (besides stating the obvious - fire is hot) is because he was too impatient to wait for the food to cool down and was willing to burn himself because the food and the dining experience was too good to wait.

"Hot pot" is Asian, probably originating in China and is not Korean. And, as you can see in the video, the restaurant is called, "Kyoto" which is a major city in Japan not Korea.
I'm sure he would love grilling his own Korean BBQ at his table too. That would make a nice video too, showing him how to wrap it in lettuce and add the bean paste, eating all the ban chan side dishes too.
Mr. Chaudhary is my favorite out of all the people in this series. He shows a true appreciation for the food as well as an open mind into what he gets to taste. He is a great person and I love seeing him on my front page!!
Mr. Chaudhary has taught me to appreciate & be thankful for so much more in my life that I ignored or took for granted & I thank him for that. Such a lovely human being & I love seeing him & the others getting to experience so much with such awe & gratitude.

Hot pot is my favorite thing to ask for on my birthday. I adore it along with yakiniku(where you grill to cook instead of using the soup). I'm so glad you loved it❤❤😊
The expression on the barman's face was priceless when Mr. Chaudhary said he thought they must be selling alcohol. The denial was recorded for the benefit of appeasing the mullahs Don't tell me that all those wine glasses are filled with Sprite and Coke!
Reminds me of doing fondue as a child, you dipped small pieces of already cooked things like sausage or bread cubes or vegetables in a pot of hot cheese with a long fork. That seems to be a lost art these days, but it was considered fancy when I was little.
The way these men speak with such revenance for food as a gift from above is something we all should aspire to. They elevate the whole of the dining experience to another level.
he's so cute. and it made me very happy to see the episode when you gave him a refrigerator that he shared with his village, so they could store meat. We forget in the west how much refrigeration improved our lives, saves money and keeps us healthier
One of the most enjoyable things ever is to see someone completely unbiased and openminded tasting something new with eagerness… and thoroughly enjoying it. 😊
The eyes and spirit of a child that he has, gets me every time. I Iove watching them all try new things. Mr. C is wondering for sharing his experiences with us.
We eat Korean barbecue and Korean hot pot at least once a week where I live in San Diego California. We have a large Korean food district here and we enjoy it so much. My husband is Japanese so we also eat a lot of Japanese barbecue and soups like these as well. It is a fun way to enjoy food with others. 😊 you learned very quickly how to navigate the hotness and the heat of a Korean hot pot. also your noodle slurping skills were pretty good as well😂 wonderful video!

This is one of those dishes that's great when shared among a group of friends at the table. Korean hot pot, Mongolian hot pot, Swiss fondue, all are meant to be shared communally. Glad Chaudhary enjoyed this experience. I'll bet that broth was amazing!
He is so handsome and is great fun to watch enjoy this food! The restaurant is beautiful! I have never heard of this style either, very fascinating! Love to all of you and I hope you have a fabulous New Year!
You can just hold a piece of meat in your chopsticks and swish it around in the broth for a few seconds and it's done. The other name for this is "shabu shabu", which is supposed to be the sound you make when stirring the meat around in the broth.
Similar to this Fondue has a pot of boiling cheese sauce and some use oil or broth and even chocolate everyone has a fork they load themselves with meats, breads, fruits, veggies

Someone should have told him to remove the food from the hot pot with the slotted ladle, instead of making/letting him fish around for bits to eat.

The food cools down when you transfer it to the small bowl and then eat it. Eating directly from the hot pot is why he keeps burning his mouth.
