When you take a video of someone and you trace it into an animation sometimes the animation might look dead, the movements don't have energy and it's just terrifying to look at so you might decide to delete it quickly and make new one, it doesn't matter what one frame would look like but what matter is what it would look like when you play it. There's alot of animation out there that if you play it in slomo you might see some figures are overly stretched or squeezed but its part of the effect and when you play it in normal speed you wouldn't even notice it. Animating have alot of secrets, some action animation that have speed movements looks cool when you watch it but when you see it frame by frame you wouldn't believe what its look like
Anyway that's what i learned after animating for years and years but still bad at it, and for some new animators out there you may wanna see 12 principles of animation and if you do, keep in mind that you don't need to use all of that for you animations

1.tip =when using dynamic poses don,t make the full animation use the dynamic poses try every dynamic pose then learn the dynamic pose or use real life reference then u can make the animation

hey i tried pivot animator. it hokey when it come to putting on art can you lead to a video that show you stuff doing that. is stick nodes your? it should be just put a dot on gimp cut out and place but somehow they make it difficult. does your stuff do it right i need this.???
