Stickmen fights are cool. I grew up watching them, starting with Xiao Xiao and then just consuming all the coolest stuff on Newgrounds in the early 2000s. Its really awesome I got to do this with all these guys! This is actually my first time animating anything Stickmen fight scene related also, but I really enjoyed it. Maybe I should try this again sometime. Hope your day is going well, I just woke up feeling like crud at TwitchCon. Did it to my self of course. - Ігри

I love the part where the guy runs in, kicks the red guy, gets kicked back, and leaves right after that, like he discovered that the red guy was too high-level for him to get through right now.
It’s kind of like a loop lol
and then in scene 4 (the backflip one) the same red guy chases after him again.
A lot of accidental continuity going on here

Apparently, red indicates enemies more powerful than usual, like a Gundam.

Along with everyone else’s work, everyone is is so talented in their own way, they deserve it
his stuff is top notch both story wise and animation wise. I imagine he has bigger team assisting him too, but that can be said for a lot of animators nowadays, so if anything it just makes his helpers seem just as talented

I love that juny NEVER fails to deliver on impact frames.
After watching the stream all the way through I was hoping to see all of them being mashed together, the final result is absolutely nuts and it gives an idea of how much work it would take to make a one minute animation with just about 13 people

On a fame of the 8th room, I saw some toy stickmans appear on the top of the shelf.
When it was the 3 blue guys, and it went Gilded -> Juny -> Tele, I honestly could not have thought of a better sequence of animators to finish off that one guy.

The heart breaking as the kissed guy gets shot was so cleverly cute, holy shit. This episode was phenomenal.

We absolutely NEED more of this!!! The stickman animation set to run across an entire building is so good!!! I absolutely loved this and this is now one of my all time favorite videos from Ross, this and Pokemon fusions, we need more stick fight animation!
In fifth grade,My classmates used to watch those stickman toons and would draw little comics with their own ideas. This, as well as my sister’s interest in comics, inspired me to make my own comic. That made me realize I liked drawing and I haven’t stopped since. I’ve been drawing for eleven years now. :)
I love this series, it brings so much awareness to the animation process, it's not only clic one button and the computer does the rest. Animation is a beautiful art form ❤️

I love when the animation is a little janky, but the animators just have to go with it. It makes for some of the funniest animations I’ve seen.

Piggyback to lip smack scene is in keeping with the theme of not allowing anything wholesome to stay that way that this chanel is known for.
That's a challenge in and of itself: Animations that no matter what happens in them, they have to end wholesome. Y'all will probably end up imploding in the attempt.

They've evolved from there, but gotta respect your roots.

I am obviously way, way, WAY behind on this, but this is a testament to how consistent some of these animators that were present in here can be for something so small. And this is just a fraction of their time used to create this fight scene and somehow making something worthwhile with the small amount of hours they had.
I loved stickman fights on yt and flipnote way back. This is really cool to see them made so well in Gartic Phone. Amazing job everyone.

I absolutely love this, this is so good and funny. Some scenes were so replayable because of how good they are, so much detail just for a stickman animation, I love it.

Was oddly surreal to see myself in the comments scrolling across the sidebar for once. Since you usually do these on Twitch, I just assumed I'd never expect to see that happen. Was very cool to participate in any capacity as a viewer. I spent a good portion watching the processes, then another good portion listening/watching while playing Trials of Mana (the 2D version) and farming end-game resources. Was a lotta fun. If you stream em again on UA-cam, I may pop in again, Ross.

Had a strange idea for a Gartic Challenge with SO much potential: Yknow how the Sims has those over-the-top walk cycles, complete with a silly name?
Each animator can come up with their own adjective for defining a walk style, and then y'all go crazy trying to characterize it frame-by-frame 😙
After you guys finish drawing and it slowly starts showing the ideas, if you start fast forward it slowly makes the characters move and it looks so cool! Love you content by the way dude!!
Just remember to mod / restrict the hell outta youtube chat next time as there was so much spam!

These are great! Gartic phone does cause some problems though like at 11:50 the sword goes from dudes left hand to his right hand. There isn't exactly a finalization process though. Keeps it random.

DUDE that was so sick ohmygoshhhhhh everyone did such an amazing job, the drawing and frame work worked so well, so impressed, the smears, the impact frames, WOW, all the scenes were outstanding, but if I had to pick one to talk about (or even call favourite) would be the three blue bad guy room, I loved it, had beautiful smears, great impacts, and turned out perfectly goofy, pretty much Gartic Phone in a nutshell XD great job to everyone!
