How are you guys liking the new Fire Mage?
Firestarter opener is something that I can work with, not in perfection but on a good way. Just having troubles to do my best with the mythic + build except of "using fire blast/phoenix when heating up and using pyroblast/flamestrike when instant cast. Only knowing to land meteor in combustion. Welp, a lot to learn (:

@@stillsolo RL Friend adviced me to drop fire because it is too complex to learn haha but yes, so far feeling pretty useless and frost is too boring to play :(
@@MrFrosteyes I'm struggling to learn how to play fire too. Aways in the last position in dmg on M+ (I only win healer in dmg). The AoE i'm doing okay, but the ST is too painful.
wait, you said to hard cast pyro for the sun kins blessing, then cast combust.
but Sun Kings blessing gives oyu 6 seconds of combust. Wouldn't it not be ideal to overlap thost combusts?
ALSO, wouldn;t you want to cast combust IMMEDIATELY on the beginner opener after the first pheonix flame, so that it goes on cooldown as soon as possible? Because if you dont cast it then you have 10+ heating up procs that aren't used to reduce its cooldown?

With double lust in comustion you want to cast fireball + fire blast -> pyro> pyro, you end up with 1 healting up and again you do fireball + fire blast -> pyro> pyro
first phoenix after breath fire ball + conbusion and u have 2 phyroblast insta
If my team has a spriest but no aug evoker should i play arcane? And the shadow priest isnt always doing keys with us

i am having trouble with learning how to use macros. I can not keep up with clicking anymore. I have a 422 lev mage. I am getting back into wow after a very long down time.
Yeah clicking is not a good way to play.

I can see that you using a macro im quite new to this how do you make it.
You go to options and click macro. Then you can write what you need. It all depends on what macro you want to use.
the rotation explanation was kinda confusing cus the video you show was somehow different from the explanation. you kept casting fireball to get crits but didn't really mention it in anyway. especially when you mention hard casting pyroblast but you never do that in the video. you just hard cast fireball and then cast pyroblast when it's possible to instant cast.

This is why retail sucks you cant just press a button and do dmg you gotta set this up to set this other thing up to hopefully proc this thing then you can do dmg like holy fuck.
Yeah it is pretty complicated
There's just a mistake on the part where u go combustion, using sun kings blessing then combu is just 12sec cd u lose 4/5 sec instead if u do comu just before sun kings blessing it extends the buff so u have a whole 17secs of combu

A lot of wow content creators show the ideal talent build with that crap meteor talent in it, which probably works fine on a training dummy, doing maybe 1 percent more than another talent, but then fail to show in the video how to time it properly in the rotation. In reality movement of the targets will make it quite useless especially in pugs.
Skill issue. You can reliably hit meteor. As proven by a shitton of even average people. Keeping the mobs in the aoe it leaves after is a whole different story but the aftereffect damage is so low that you might as well ignore it
