Did the silk give you any trouble? I've had struggles sewing slippery fabrics, but maybe the size makes it more manageable. I might have to try this cute pattern!
Not that I know of, for this specific pattern, however you could always upscale the file and print it a bit larger so it fits your doll! I hope that helps

You can def cut it from the save piece, I just like the aesthetic of the back seam haha. And naw, nothing about the fabric gave me any issues!!
