I've always drove 90's cars it's just my thing, but my brother has a 22 mustang GT and a 21 F150 with the 2.7l twin turbo v6, the truck is stupid fast but the car is like a video game. The origin of 'Hotrod' IS clear . It came from over revin the old long stroke engines and cooking bearings/breakin motors. And the old mechanics fixin the cars for the hot rod crew refering to the damaged engine parts.
