A full English breakfast at an Irish pub, don’t start the war 😂😂😂
You lucky bastard... Rob Zombie and Danzig never came to Portugal for some reason, but pretty awesome weekend dude.
Behemoth and Ministry would be a must see show 🔥
I adore Twin Temple, they’re not everyone’s cup of tea, but they’re unique and are definite stand outs! 🖤
I like them! I've seen them before at their own shows and had fun. I just didn't think they really fit with the overall vibe of the show or at least not between 2 extreme bands. But they're definitely unique
@@wyattsmetal Totally agree, when they were touring with Ghost I think it fit better. When I saw they were touring with Behemoth it threw me for a loop lol (And I love Behemoth as well 😆)
loved alice since i was just a little kid, so happy he's still doing great!
I did a similar thing in 2006. I was in the Army in Baghdad and took my RnR to Las Vegas. Saw that Kreator was playing a show in Denver. Saw it and then seen Motörhead was going to be in San Diego. I went there. Saw that show. Then, I had to go back to Iraq🤘🎸🇺🇸
***edit*** in 2010 I was in Afghanistan and took my RnR to Washington state, went to see Halford in Seattle, then a couple weeks later saw Danzig, Possessed, Marduk in Spokane. Then had to fly back to Kabul. 🤘🎸🇺🇸
Sounds like a hell of a weekend! 🤘Alice is one of my favourote artists, and it's amazing how well he keeps up. It must be all that golfing he does that keeps him young. I've seen him live 2 times, in 2011 and 2016, and boty where amazing! The first show was a double bill with Iron Maiden and it was the first real concert my little brother ever saw, as I took him there when our sister couldn't join me. He was 10 at the time and loved it, especially Alice. He isn't really a metalhead like me and our sister, and prefers to listen to all sorts of classics from the 50's through to the 80's, but he still appreciates Alice.
I was front and center for that Danzig show. Danzig absolutely killed it.
Also been to many Danzig shows and your right he dosen't like cameras. But can you blame him? After all he grow up in a time where people lived in the moment and not on their phones. Plus I'm sure the camera flashes get annoying when everyone is taking pictures.
To be fair though security did tell the front row people not to film right before Danzig went on. But they handled that part very poorly. They should've either said that from the start or gone up on stage to make an announcement about it before Danzig went on. Like every other Danzig show I've been to has done in the past.
I fucking love Rob Zombie. He puts on an awesome show, and he's got plenty of absolute bangers. Really wished he'd tour the UK more. The last time he appeared in Glasgow, I got to hold Zombie's sweaty hand as he walked along the barrier, and I also caught John 5's pick. I'm also a huge John 5 fan, so needless to say, it was a pretty awesome night.
Just saw Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper on the freaks on parade tour and it was my first time seeing Ministry and I was blown away no idea they went that hard
Just saw the Boris/MelvinS show in Birmingham. That more then made my year for heavy duty tunes. Plus the opener Mr. Phyzz were freaking awesome. but then I've got Sunn O))) tickets for December.
Was cool meeting you in Vegas bud. Show was amazing. I ended up making a four days weekend out of it. Hopefully Psycho will return next year. Cheers
Was awesome meeting you man!
When rob zombie came to Victoria for his Hellbilly Deluxe album. The lights would go out and he ran through the audience with a spot light. Was pretty cool. Cause you didn’t know where he was gonna pop up next
I've seen him do that too, he's a great entertainer
I saw Twin Temple open for King Dude and Amigo the Devil a few months before the world shut down in December 2019. That was a more fitting lineup for that band. Good tour. It fit well with Amigo's grotesque ballads.
Yea that sounds like a good bill
Dude what an adventure and seeing legends 😯🤘 Thanks for sharing! What a rad time!!
Thanks for watching!
Sounds like a great weekend. Just learned Dragonforce and Amaranthe are playing not far from me on Halloween so hoping to make a power metal themed Halloween trip
I was lucky enough to catch Alice Cooper live in Gothenburg (Sweden) a whole bunch of years ago, when they had the Norwegian glam band Wig Wam as an opening act. For some reason Wig Wam decided that it was a good idea to give their bass player a solo spot during their short set, but the dude couldn't play solo to save his life and it sounded absolutely horrendous. After a minute or so of sloppy bass wanking, some guy in middle of the arena had enough and screamed "MEN LÄGG AV!" (translates into something like "C'MON, QUIT!") at the top of his lungs, and slowly the entire audience started clapping their hands as to agree with him. Being a bass player myself, I almost felt sorry for the poor dude on stage... It's a great memory, though!
I basically did the same thing with Danzig but at Atlantic city but saw Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top during a torrential downpour the next day on the drive home
Why does no one mention how awesome your vocals are?
Also, mad respect for listening to the podcast about UFO's 🤘🤘
May of next year Sodom is playing twice at the Maryland deathfest! I am going both days due to them being my favorite band of all time!! Definitely like a mini festival! 🤘🏻
Such an inspiring video! Love this example of creating your own festival & fun, and especially about not being boring and putting some magic into doing things. And now I have fun ideas what to do in Vegas & LA
I saw Behemoth on one of their headlining dates last month, and it was really weird going from Twin Temple to Behemoth, especially since the first band to go on was Imperial Triumphant. Great show regardless, and Twin Temple is always a good time.
I remembered my little festival last year, trip to Pomona met up with my friend that lived there at the time and saw Obituary/Municipal Waste/Gatecreeper! Crashed at my friends pad, the following day visited Rad Coffee and a spooky shop next door before we head back to LA to catch System of a Down/Korn🤘🏽
Man I wanted to see Danzig💔😔
I was at the Honda center! Damn I could've met you with my wife and sister in law! Rob and Alice killed it!
Behemoth is only band that actually scares me🤣🤘
Agreed on "the Satanist". Best metal record of the 2010's.
I definitely agree
The satanist is great
Go off the strip to eat and buy your liquor. Prices return to normal immediately.
Also, Danzig?! He turned into Danny DeVito
If you can you should hit up Thralls of Metal to see about playing at Denver Death Fest next year in april, youd be a awesome fit, great video 🤘💀🤘
I would goto show just to see Nita Strauss play with Alice. Shes is getting a ton of playing in. Shes gonna be a legend amongst the greats
Seriously she's incredible
I'm still pissed Danzig cancelled the Houston show.
I got a question that some of you actual metalheads may be able to answer for me.
I am not really a metalhead however I do dabble in some bands and there are two I want to know what type of metal they are considered.
First one is coal chamber and the second is acid bath.
What would you classify them as?
Why didnt grill them all have prices? I squinted at the menu but it looked like everything was $00.00?
I guess it was just that oome graphic for se reason. But most of the burgers are $15
I’m surprised Ministry played with White Zombie. Al hates Rob. Or vice versa. But that was years ago I guess.
Rob zombie
You’ve seen all of these legends multiple times? What are you during the day? A surgeon? Stock broker? Trust fund baby? 😂
Hold tf up. I might be ignorant, but what do you mean Danzing doesn’t “like” phones? Like they literally expect people not to use their phones and record them? Wtf?
Yes exactly that
@@wyattsmetal That’s one of the wildest thing I’ve ever heard
@@domanisarapeggioit's not that unusual, Tool are the same, got told off at a W.A.S.P. gig a few years back for filming. I think people can be over the top at gigs and film the whole set and block everyone's view but a couple of pics and a 30 sec video doesn't seem out of line.
Why wasn't Rotting Christ there
About 9 years ago, Me and few friends took a road ticket from Glasgow to Edinburgh to Machine Head live and I crowd surfed to Imperium. Then i fell over the other side of the stage guard, Cutting my forearm on a peace of shape metal. Then the security guard grapped me and yelled at me "If you crowd surf again, I'm kicking and the venue". I then told him kindly to "Fuck off", And keep pitting and crowd surfing for the rest of the gig, Not giving shit about my bleeding arm, Being metal as fuck. But yeah, Some security guards are wankers. AKA (Jork offs), For you Americas.😂😂😂😂😂
